This is my go to!!!!! Because the closest place to buy cards to my house is a Dollarama lol. I actually have collections of interesting sets from. I always like seeing the obscure stuff they put in them (other than the early 90s junk wax). I have a collection of all the oddity sets that they have. I’ll post a picture of it on Patreon.

Yeah the team of people who put these together know their hockey. They take out the best ones and leave all the crap in. Even convinced they open sealed packs too and reseal them back up using a pro heat seal machine. I’m pretty sure some retailers do that too haha. Sneaky!

Always fun to open a retro pack like Pro Set. Not going to make bank by any stretch but good clean fun.
I only buy the ones with sleeves in them. They’re always the most valuable item in these packs
I opened one on Christmas and hit an auto and a jersey card in the same pack. kinda crazy.

I remember those pro set cards. They were riddled with errors.
I never trust these. I picture the guy at the Mystery Bag factory looking over at a Gretzky rookie, not putting it in the mystery bag, and grabbing a handful of Pro Set 90-91 and throwing them in the bag….like 500 times a day. I don’t think they’ve ever put anything worth more than 2$ in there. Best thing in there is a top loader.
I got a few nice young guns from these packs which was cool
i bought 5 of these and picked up 3 itg connor mcdavids erie otter cards.
I spent a fortune on these to finally work out what to look for 😂. I avoid the fully loaded packs as it’ll likely be junk wax, plastic cases and sleeves (although I did pull a Bedard a while back). The really thin/empty ones are usually left behind cause people think they aren’t getting much for $2. However, those are the ones to pick out as they have jersey cards in.

Sleeves are easy to find as they are fatter bags and if you feel the bags they're alot softer, I've done intel vids on the Dollarama bags on my channel

When I need sleeves I grab some surprise bags. They're usually the heavy bags. Lol need sleeves so I'll be heading to dollarama soon. My cardshop is too far.
I just buy them for the sleeves lol
Believe it or not I have pulled rookie memorabilia jersey cards from allure out of these it was a nathan Bastian
Not the best product but it is nice to see the older players cards
They have definitely watered these down compared to years past.

If you want good packs out of there, you need to look for the skinny packs without feeling the topload inside. You'll get a jersey card or a autograph.
You picked up that Star Rookies box for $3? I live on PEI and Walmart is trying to scam everyone by charging $30!

The frigging penny sleeves at walmart in BC are up to 3 bucks each what a joke. And dollar ramma here doesn't carry any cards its a good thing this province is beautiful because everything else sucks sheit.
