    Bailarina, Soy Chelo y llevo mucho tiempo haciendo tú rutina, da gusto entrenar asi, dejarte llevar me salgan los estiramientos tan largos como a ti (o mucho menos) pero todo es más fácil si estás aqui.

    Excellent routine. I've been spending months doing different stretch exercises to increase my squats during leg sessions. The ballerina techniques are the best 👍

    A spectacular workout for body mobility.
    During the session sequence I feel pain all over my body, but immediately afterwards a wonderful feeling of well-being has pervaded my whole body.

      This is such a wonderful thing to hear Niamh! I lost my love for dance for a long time after retiring but then got it back also after Training Like a Ballerina :D

      See a health professional first and foremost. There are many reasons why you have back pain and it doesn't necessarily mean it stems from your back. Please get assessed by a physio or professional to find the source first
