The song's just about letting any rule aside and act totally randomly dumb. Nothing that actual handicaped people should feel offensed about, therefore nothing you, handicaped or not - i'm not trying to say you are, just that i don't care since this isn't relevant - should qualify as offensive. Quoting Tropic Thunder just seemed the perfect way to do it but i guess i had this wrong.
