    Brought back nostalgic memories of summer holidays in Kolkata. ❤❤ Actually the recipe works well with Same (broad beans) and Bhindi too. Though for the latter the tempering is done with methi seeds.

    There are variations to this recipe - instead of using yoghurt you can use fresh coconut (ground). But this is a lighter everyday version
