- In an abrupt about-face, President Joe Biden announced Sunday that he would no longer be running for re-election and threw his support to Vice President Kamala Harris. The sudden move sparked reaction across the country, and of course right here in the nation's capital. FOX 5's Tom Fitzgerald is live from the White House with more.
