Our Butler took a picture of us in the library of the hotel. I dressed in a beautiful ball gown and got my husband to dress in clothes from the period. The picture now hangs over the fireplace in our house. The whole experience from arrival, when a chauffeur picked us up from the airport, to the front row seats and champagne for the incredible fireworks show, to the hotel packed picnic and golf carts to get to the perfect picnic spot on the grounds, to the private access to the Palace, the Petit Trianon, and the Hamlet, it was the most perfect trip I have ever been on.
That candle light is off the chain, I love it Lartis😊
This gives us something to look forward to when we can safely travel from the United States. We went to Versailles when we visited Paris in 2019 and it was truly amazing. One day just wasn’t enough time to spend there. We can’t believe we can actually stay there now and experience the Chateau in private. What a dream come true; it seems like a fairytale. You have once again given us hope and something wonderful to look forward to. Thank you so much for this fabulous video; my husband and I watched it four times. We stayed here in 2022 and were blessed to get a free upgrade to the second biggest suite. It was the apartment of Madame de Staël, the daughter of Jacques Necker who served as finance minister for Louis XVI. One of the best experiences of my life! 👑 Royal treatment which included the king’s table at dinner. Worth every penny!

Now I am speechless! You really saved the best for last;-) This is really unparalleled, a unique concept of hospitality in the most opulent palace in the world. I remember my last visit to Versailles walking through the Galerie des Glaces surrounded by hundreds of people and hardly can imagine having this breathtaking palace to my own. The hotel is extraordinary, from the fabrics used to the uniforms of the staff, it really must feel like time-travel. This place has instantly moved to number one on my bucket list. Je pense que le personnel devrait porter les beaux vêtements d'époque comme on le voit dans le film Marie Antoinette.

The hotel also offers an experience called "A Day in the Skin of Marie Antoinette" where you can see beautiful costumes and even pick one to try on, before having your hair and makeup done as they would be at the time of the French Court.
