From my perspective, no human who drinks in such a way is really happy tho, not saying that drinking makes you a sad (or any other negative feeling/emotion) person automatically, rather I'm trying to convey that in the way he is been known to drink, kinda says something different to the word happy.
He's a cool guy; I like him. But he's also immature. Getting face or neck tattoos for status is downright stupid.
Contrary to most of the "real people" in Hollywood, Mark has really been through it all in his young days. Huge respect for him, and how he has kept it true all those years. Him and Donnie sure made something of themselves, despite having the odds against them.

Iliza is spot on about face tattoos but honestly it applies to all tattoos. There was a time only outcasts or rock stars had tattoos, now they are so common you honestly stand out more if you DON'T have them. Do whatever you want with your own body, but don't ever think for a moment think those tats make you look cool or unique.

With that in mind, I got little to no tattoos done and am thankful af.
I’m own two tattoo studios so I’m slightly bias as it feeds my daughter but I’ve never got the “they bad when you’re old” because that’s saying wrinkly and ageing skin looks good anyway. Look, different strokes for different folk, I get that. I like a bit of a mum bod on a bird and blonde hair, my bird like shaven heads, tattoos and ginger beards. Most people don’t but I’ve never met anyone who’s looked at a pensioner and gone “ffwaaaa. If only you could still get wet. I’d have you dripping over my mouth.” Even not in a sexual way but aging doesn’t look good. Hair greying and thinning, them weird skin tags and moles and stuff, them horrible vanes, no teeth, pissing yourself, a face like a scrotum. I just don’t see how it makes a difference. However I’m not necessarily for tattoos per say, I’m just really good at art and business but still that is one argument I feel holds no weight.

In the sense of we may not live in a perfect world but we sure as hell can do better In showing we have self control of this flesh we don’t own. That’s the most arbitrary bullshit thing I have ever heard. Life is bout choices. There’s no perfect choice. U make one and live with it. Tattoos are the same. One’s value in their flesh is not decided by ur arbitrary opinion. If they were cutting themselves, then you’d have a good argument. It is ink on skin. U can choose not to engage in that but don’t judge others when u don’t have the full picture.

Also look at how the tattooist tattoos aged. I have one line work tattoo that is blurred, bleeding, and looks like a hot mess but I have another one that has aged perfectly, still sharp, and still has very little blown out lines. It's also important to consider where you are putting it, how you're going to heal it, etc. There has to be a lot of thought before getting one. Never go to a place that let's you pick one off the wall and is done in an hour

Most people treat their face like it's a sacred temple. I know a lot of people who would fight you just for you touching their face in any disrespectful way. i once had a 400 pound man on a vacation I was on try to tell me how bad I will look when I'm older because of my tattoos, I was in tears I was laughing so hard, my wife had to apologize to him for me.

You can find pictures of Mark with tattoos when he was young and I don't blame him for removing them, they were all awful lol but most people who cover themselves with tattoos really do have meaning and look good

I genuinely don't see the disapproval of Tattoos here, "you'll regret them" I hate that concept.. 20 years from now i can't look at my tattoo of an anchor that has NO actual meaning to me and say yep It doesn't have meaning but I don't regret it? Because tf no I am still gonna look at this anchor Tattoo on my arm and say wow, I have some beautiful work of art on my arm with little to no actual meaning and that's freaking awesome.. you gotta look at it in a positive way

Meanings are most of the time belief’s and they change, situations or moments in your life also are a reason and maybe sometimes yea legit reminds you of an amazing holiday or what ever but I’m at a point now where I don’t even like people asking me about my tattoos, repeating the same life story....why is it necessary to mark your body like that, just keep the memory in your head, memories are private.
