@@ChampionsKarateDojo I've made big progress. Before, I couldn't kick very high, but now I can, and my tornado kick is way better than when I started. Thank you so much for an accurate, understandable, and easy-to-follow tornado kick tutorial.
It took me 1 and a half hour to get near to do that fucking kick and i got sick at the end time and couldnt do more but i have made atleast 70 or 80% progress and it is making me a little happy but this fuck made me sick but a great thanks to sensei or champions karate dojo for teaching i probably wouldnt have found this much good lessons anywhere else❤😊
Please don’t be discouraged that you couldn’t do this technique in one day. It took me weeks before I could feel comfortable jumping and spinning. Practice = Progress

My dad and I wanted to learn karate for for a week and I can tornado kick already
