Sounds like those slam/deathcore hybrid bands. Stuff like Analepsy, Ingested, Organectomy, Vulvodynia, Abominable Putridity etc

Analepsy not really. They don’t have breakdowns or hardcore style vocals. And they have solos.
Abominable Putridity 2nd album is way more techy than deathcore and their 1st is pure slam with good production. It’s all in the production. Bc listen to Kraaniums cover of Entrails Full of Vermin. Doesn’t sound like Deathcore at all.

I'm thinking its a combination of things in my setup so I'll give you a rundown of what I'm using. Guitar with active pups, fresh strings, di box (Radial Passive DI Box), decent interface (Behringer Uphoria), DAW (Logic Pro X), Amp sim (Line 6 Helix native using Demigod Recordings Brutal Slam presets)

I agree that these riffs draw influence from slam and deathcore, but wouldn't they still fall under the genre of death metal? Not trying to be misleading just honestly didn't put much thought into the title when I posted it.
