Suletta didn't succeed shit. Elnora's test was about achieving deep synchronization without raising the permet score. Suletta raised the permet score from the get go, and didn't achieve deep synchronization. The only one who succeeded was Eri.

Calibarn also doesn’t have an integrated AI for all we know,Eri just talking to that AI made a deep connection most likely because she just treated it like a normal person and not just a machine.

However, Calibarn seems like it's a different model of Gundam. The purpose of Lfrith was to connect to the data storm, and in the prologue Prospera & Gma told Eri that the Lfrith was special compared to the other Gundams. If Suletta had a similar Gundam, she probably could synch to the data storm.
She managed to hit permet 5 which is like permet 8 in a Gundam with filters,but I fear that it won’t be enough to beat Eri…she’ll probably force herself to go higher and that will REALLY put her life at risk
Eri is too OP by herself, but now she also has the Quiet Zero, there is no way Suletta can win a 1v1 against her, there will be some plot armor or Eri will switch sides

It was also mentioned that Calibarn has no filters/protectors against the data storm space feedback, but as a result it can reach a higher Permet Score in less steps; Calibarn on Permet Score 5 operates on the same sequence as Permet Score 8 would in regular GUND format mobile suits. So essentially, Suletta is reaching Permet 8 while only on Permet 5, which also protects her from being overridden by Eri/Aerial

To me, think of permat like a boat riding a flowing river except if you fell into the river, you likely never come back and died. More Score = river wave getting more dangerous = better control on your mobile suit (or boat) but increase the risks of boat damaged and capsize. Layer = make the river bigger to the point it turn into a ocean, where the boat can sail freely = you can control your mobile suit and weapons like your own body without risks (but for some reason Eri didnt came back) another good example is from the anime evangelion, the closer your cockpit to the eva core, you risk contamination and likely been consumed by the core, but in returned (if you survived) you might received god like power that could end humanity.

Calibarn was probably an experimental unit developed alongside with or before Lfrith (Lfriths designation is LF-03, while Calibarn's is X-EX01) and confiscated by the Assembly League after Ochs Earth was dissolved.

No, it's has been said why Suletta having to raise score up. To avoid being override/hijack by Eri, Suletta has to surpass PMET score 5.

I think like they retconned the whole scoring systems between the epilogue and the release of the new series to simplify everything...
