Metal Saga to me will always be prime Beyblade to me. I had so much fun watching this as a kid & glad people still have discussions about it till this day.
The fact that Ryuga was able to survive at practically the Earth's core really does say something about him as an individual and being the Dragon Emperor. These people really have a lot of strength outside of Beyblading. I mean Kyoya literally trained with wild mountain wolves AND he's literally withstood _the very blazes of _*_Hell_*_ itself!_
one of the few knocks I have on the metal saga is that too many quality characters get forgotten about in later seasons. this happens with many fusion characters (Teru, Tetsuya, Ryutaro, Sora, Hyoma, Reiji, and in a lesser capacity Tobio and Hikaru) as well as masters characters (Team Excalibur, Russian Team, Damian, and in a lesser capacity Jack and the Garcias). just wish there wasn’t a constant push to introduce new characters.
I agree I would've loved to see more of some characters, especially Hikaru. Leaving one of the only female characters with unresolved ptsd was so stupid. But btw im pretty sure Reiji is dead xd
Ryuga is actually too much, not only was he the only one able to take control of the Forbidden Bey and survive, he was also able to OVERCOME the Dark Power and regain control over L-Drago itself! Bro was like "ok so the Dark Power ain't all that. It was made by humans and I tower above all lowly humans as the Supreme Dragon Emperor, so I'm controlling this thanks" What a beast!💯🔥 idk why he's not on CJDaChamp's roundtable yet, honestly 💀
its nice to see someone talk about metal fight beyblade, the last person i watched seems to hate it so much because in his opinion the original is so much better (which is a fine opinion to have) but they really made it seem like metal fight didnt have a deep story and that its just the original rehashed.
This video is extremely well put together and answers quite a lot of questions I had myself when I had watched the series all those years ago. I would also like to add that you did an incredible job creating your own English subtitles for the scenes! It makes me wish someone would eventually get around to subbing the whole series instead of just 30 episodes.
Thanks for the support, I'm glad you enjoyed the video. I've actually subbed a few episodes myself, though I'm sure for only one of them that the translation is quite accurate. I wanna start learning Japanese this summer, so I think I will do that by subbing beyblade and making notes of the words I don't know and stuff. Maybe I should make a video on it.
The thing with subbing beyblade is though, it's a lot easier to do it for the first two seasons, because there are japanese subs and I can just look up the words. 4D is the difficult one 😅
@@aristeel7654 if you start genuinely doing this you should probably contact the peeps who did the dual audio release that went unfinished. they might have the dvd subs for 4D too just not implemented yet IF they don't and you manage to reach 4D I'd be willing to invest into getting the dvds and ripping them for 4D subs
I always will love the Metal Saga/Metal Fight for how it focused on the lore of the beys and have fun with them bey making them these powerful forces far from how they are in real life. In Burst it was always more about advertising the beys and they never gave lore to the beys like Metal fight did.
So beyblade bakuten shoot. Is like an extreme sports show mixed with some generic anime stuff. Metal saga is more like a typical shonen anime and definitely has saint seiya vibes. Burst was meant to be a typical sports anime. The goal of it is how the individuals train and improve. So its basically what kind of story or show do you want. For something real like beyblades. I think the less lore and ridiculous events make it seem more honest and realistic.
i do have a undiscovered question did ryuga just ditch his two special moves with lightning l-drago and created his two new special moves BECAUSE it required the dark power? or did he inherit the moves with meteo l-drago and uses them as normal moves but doesn’t announce it in battle? this is why wished he faced damian instead of jack because we kinda already knew he was winning that fight, he was just stealing and hiding his spin strength during battle. damian would’ve pushed him slightly further imo
As far as I remember, the 2 special moves with Lightning (considering they're called "dark" moves and well, what happens after them) are specific to the dark power. After Lightning L-Drago, I don't think Ryuga would want to use his power to cause despair and depression, and he had way more power than what he had before, so the old special moves were obsolete.
I loved watching this video because it gave me a new perspective on the Metal Fight series to make me love it even more, Though one thing I would like to discuss is that I feel as if Gingka in Metal Fusion did have Mastery over Storm Pegasus since he was Utilizing each bladers Skills before battle bladers when he was Battling Phoenix, when it was brought up that Galaxy Pegasus was attempting to absorb the spiral force, it trailed me back to metal Fusion because it wasn’t the first Time this happened and Gingka knew what was happening then. I feel like in certain circumstances Gingka does become one with Pegasus but struggles to maintain it like Ryuga can at the time, Maybe I need to Rethink this but If the Dark power was formed by Those traits like Desire and Greed and more shouldn’t having the drive for power or absorption still count for ryuga’s Case or at least in metal fury? Because his motive was still something that was selfishly for himself almost killing everyone for that. If anyone should have the Title for Becoming one with their Beyblade entirely I feel like it should be Tsubasa as to me he displays utilizing Eagle to most of his ability as if he knew the ins and outs of his bey but I could be wrong. I Do wish more characters got more screen time like Sora and those from Metal Fusion especially Helios, Considering they also were growing as bladers too but I don’t know how they would be implemented.
What happened in Metal Fusion in the fight between Gingka and Phoenix was very different to what happened with Pegasis and the spiral force. In Pegasis VS Phoenix, Pegasis and Gingka were using techniques they had learned from other opponents, in other words, they were using their energy in the same way, and at most they had accidentally gotten some of their energy as well, maybe in a similar way to how Tsubasa was infected to the dark power. Though it is a very good theory, that perhaps Gingka is able to become one with Pegasis sometimes but can't maintain it like Ryuga. Not entirely sure whether that has happened, but it's definitely possible! What can definitely be said is that Gingka's power levels are not too consistent XD. As for Tsubasa, he definitely cannot be granted the achievement of having become one with the bey. Using so many different techniques does not always necessarily mean much in terms of becoming one with the bey, though sometimes it is a great indicator of course. Whether that's the case with Tsubasa I'm not sure, but becoming one with your bey isn't just knowing techniques (which Tsubasa could have learned from many different places). It quite literally means you have infinite power at your disposal, and if that were the case he could even rival Ryuga.
Ryuga wasn't evil. He never wanted to hurt anyone. And he'd never kill anyone just for power (not that it'd achieve anything anyway). When Ryuga was stealing power from Chris, he was only stealing the star fragment's power, and he definitely knew that Chris could survive just fine using only the power of Orion.
Sorry, I'm a bit crap at explaining myself lol, anyway to add on to my other messages - in Pegasis VS Phoenix, Gingka and Pegasis used their energy in the same way other bladers used their energy, perhaps they had unintentionally absorbed some of it during battle too (very possible, maybe it's also the same way Tsubasa was infected with the dark power). What happened in Pegasis VS the spiral force was that Pegasis was actively absorbing the power of the spiral force, something that I think he learned from L-Drago. You see the difference now? Using your energy in a certain way is not the same as absorbing energy. While Tsubasa was quite knowledgeable about different techniques, we have no knowledge (as far as I remember) that he learned those techniques from Aquila and not from somewhere or someone else, and even if he did learn them from Aquila (which would be very impressive), if he was one with it, he would have infinite power at his disposal and would rival and be respected by Ryuga, which he's neither. Ryuga was never evil and he never had any ill intent, despite his threats (like telling Kenta he will kill him). The most he'd ever do is knock out an opponent that's getting in his way. I think you're looking at it from the wrong perspective - he's not "selfish" and "hungry for power". He's someone who's absolutely dedicated to improving themselves, becoming a better person, and as strong as possible. We should all strive for that. And as we know, he never had any intent to take over the world and control it or anything, which is the difference between being greedy and wanting to be the best version of yourself. I actually think that this might possibly be the reason why he never bothered stealing any significant amount of energy from Galaxy Pegasis, Earth Aquila, and any other strong bladers - because he knows it would hurt them. And for whatever reason, instead of choosing to team up with Gingka and learn, share each other's energies and knowledge, he chooses to go alone. I don't know why he chooses that. Maybe he just didn't think of that possibility. Maybe through L-Drago he can access the knowledge the full fragment of a star once had. I don't know. But what I do know is the only time he tried to steal any significant amount of power (ignoring Nemesis, which shouldn't need justification XD), was when he was stealing power from Chris, and he was only stealing the star fragment's power, which Chris doesn't need to survive.
Of course, everything I have said is my opinion and should not be taken as concrete fact. Just wanna make sure I'm not coming across as someone who's arguing.
Nah cus this has been in my GOATs playlist for months and NOW I'M FINALLY WATCHING IT!!💯💯 You see so many videos on the toys but never a deep dive on the anime like this, and its always the old one, or Burst but not THE🐐 which is the Metal Saga, so when I saw this, I immediately added this to my playlist. Thank you sooo much for doing this, it means a lot to me🙏🏾 This is like my 2nd favourite anime❤
This is the first time that english voiceover actually triumphs over japanese voiceover. The raspiness and anger + confidence filled voiceover of ryuga in english is beyond astonishing.
@@aristeel7654 wat. That's not true. The audio quality can be higher or lower depending on their recording (thereby slightly better) and also the voice acting, it can be better or worse as well. Especially since all the voice actors are different. It's not just a language difference, objectively. But either way they're both nice. In this cartoon most languages are very very well done. Especially german too. It's all top quality and attention to detail is quite high considering when it was made. I feel like people put generally more effort into detail than they do now since people grew up in newer environments and gotten a bit spoiled, working from paycheck to another paycheck as quickly as possible. You see that with modern generic animes for instance, they're just PowerPoint presentation with excessive amounts of candy coloring. Compared to the older animes which seemed more fluid and overall more 'realistic' if you will. For example, the last airbender avatar (cartoon) had a scene where Azula burned a room down with her blue flames and those flames on the materials trained orange-yellow automatically just like how real flames behave. I bet most studios wouldn't be able to come up with such details if they had to do such series again. It's like ... Regressing in intellect or sum. But of course there are also GEMS and great masterpieces every once in a while. But the older shi? It felt like most were on higher levels in terms of production. Or maybe not. I might be just babbling nonsense. Who knows
@@VinnyUnion idk what to say to you if you're referring to audio quality since I don't understand that stuff, but there's no objective saying for whether Ryuga's English or Japanese voice is better, it's just preference and they're very different
One more comment out of me It makes me happy that, you're using the official titles of Beyblades, **Hell** Kerbecs, **Basalt Horogium,** Ray **Unicorno** Idk why it just tickles my brain a lot Also, just finished the video, GOD DAMN THIS LORE DEEP DIVE WAS BEAUTIFUL
The framing of L-drago as the victim makes me wish in Metal masters that we got a Ryuga arc where you see him still be strong but need to overcome the darkness and push through in order to become the true MFB GOAT
This was just awesome dude! Most of my childhood questions and mysteries were basically just answered. Thank you for this! This vid and you definetely deserves more views and subs. 👍🔥🔥🔥💪💪 But wait, does this mean Supreme Flight is stronger than Life Destructor or I understood something wrong?🤔
Dude that was only like 5 episodes after Kenta started travelling with Ryuga and Tsubasa was one of the strongest in the world, you can't get stronger that quickly xD
@@aristeel7654 I know but still, I think the only win that mattered in this Saga was with Pluto when he got Flash Sagittario, I wish he could’ve been the one to Defeat Rago instead of Ginka
They should've just kept Ryuga dead tbh. Not because I hate him, but because it was a perfect moment for the series to end. The villain who nearly destroyed all Bladders sacrificing his life for the sake of taking down a greater threat, after killing the one who indoctrinated him into becoming evil.
Ryuga was a victim, not a villian - the dark power in the first season influenced him to do those terrible acts. It completely changed him. If you remember, after Ryuga was manipulated by Daidoji to get L-Drago, he was then put into a sleep. I believe it was during this time that the dark power corrupted Ryuga for good. Then after Gingka defeated it, his senses came back to him, and he completely defeated the dark power and realized the terrible deeds Daidoji had done. Ryuga was never a true villian, the dark power was.
Only seen this now and finally someone actually understands what’s going on isnt meat riding characters and you perfectly explained why gingka is the strongest character in beyblade at the end
@@aristeel7654 of you also done theory’s on beyblade I think you would get lots of views look into how nemesis transformed before he got varieres dd star fragment if you look closely he doesn’t take power from him but still transforms
@@gustasyxyxysy6938 Yeah I really should do more videos on the anime. I think for Variares, the case was that Nemesis didn't necessarily need the other star fragments directly, just enough energy to know how every single bey battles? I'm not sure if that was the conclusion of that guy's video, been a long time since I've wached it, but I believe that's the answer
@@aristeel7654 yes I know what your saying he needs the power of 10 star fragments but you can regain it so he got more than one from a character just opens discussions for videos or you can talk about a theory i have on how ldrago was always meteo until the dark power changed it evolving it to lightning
38:32 Nah they literally confirmed that L-Drago can only steal from Right Rotating Beyblades. Couldn’t steal from Vari Ares, but was able to steal from Phantom Orion. Abstract things like Spiral Force occupy both Left and Right rotations, which is why both Pegasus and L-Drago were able to absorb it. 43:49 Also Nemesis is basically just a fat version of Lightning L-Drago, so he most certainly does steal powers and souls. Rago literally confirmed that Diablo Nemesis absorbed not only the star fragment but also the information of every battle they fought. It’s the same Dark Power, but this time the actual original source of it. L-Drago was a replica or replacement of it while Nemesis was sealed. Douji had attempted to fulfil Hades' prophecy with just L-Drago but it was defeated by Gingka. Nemesis isn't a regular blade, nor is Rago a blader. They don’t have blader spirit. Diablo Nemesis is literally the avatar of the God itself, with Rago as the vessel. 44:57 I think you just fundamentally misunderstand how the power system in Beyblade works. Ryuga never had infinite power at his disposal. The power of a Beyblade is potentially infinite, as in unending, not immediately infinite. Ryuga if given infinite time, will never meet a cap to his power if he continues blading. Etc The reason why he lost to Rago is cause Nemesis is just that much stronger, as well as having all the star fragments absorbed.
Incorrect. But our views are very different here, we're unlikely to reach an agreement. So let's stick with our own thoughts :) I don't mean to sound passive aggressive, I'm just trying to avoid an argument since it would be very pointless.
@@aristeel7654 I mean sure if you want. I’m just wondering where in the world you got infinite power from LOL. That’s almost like implying Metal Masters Ryuga beats Diablo Nemesis, which is laughably wrong.
@@Auvisome it doesn't imply that. There are 4 main factors: amount of power, will power / blader spirit (which determines how much power you can use), type of power, and how you use that power. All are incredibly important. If you want, you can discuss that, or just think it's incorrect. Either way, important thing is that you're content 🙂
@@aristeel7654 Also, great video. Although I saw this video back in August, it's so refreshing for someone to actually understand and analyse the story and characters of this serious, unlike those rather annoying "Beyblade was (not) THAT serious" memes I've seen everywhere lately
Actually, I believe that Ryuga is ALIVE AND NOT ALIVE at the same time. After he disappeared, I pictured him as the MIGHTY DRAGON who lost its PUISSANCE as he gave his star fragment and perhaps all his power. His mighty power being vanished, he became a spirit or angel ready to go to the skies, where he will restore his energy. Basically, he is "Not Alive" as he is nowhere to be seen on earth, but "Alive" as he is in his CELESTIAL REALM, where he can look at what is happening to the Beyblade world on earth AND where he awaits for a big moment to unfold before he could get back to earth.
I love Metal Saga Beyblade, specialy Hyoma, hes my favorite and hes one of the most underrated characters in the entire saga, he should participate in the world championship with Gan Gan Galaxy instead of staying in Koma Village, he has the same potencial as Tsubasa, the writers just made him weaker, A LOT WEAKER.
Fr Gingka did not win but because he needed everyone’s power I can relate to when he used his friends strength to beat Ryuga back in Metal Fusion yes Nemesis weakness is gold energy and being sealed away but Gingka needed everyone’s power to beat a very strong opponent just shows how lazy the writers can be sometimes because Gingka needed everyone’s power in the world to beat Rago and Ryuga he can’t actually rely on his own power to beat them the only thing I see accurate when he did beat them is his Bladers Spirit but without that he’s doomed
There are a couple main factors in a battle: How much power you have How much will power you have (which is the same as blader's spirit) How you use that power What kind of power you have Gingka had help, yes. But it's thanks to help that he learned how to defeat them and eventually did it himself, not using everyone's power. When he defeated the dark power, when he called out that special move, that was not the power of his friends that defeated L-Drago, it was the power of him and Pegasis. His friends did two things - help him not get overwhelmed by the dark power (when you're fighting the largest and strongest form of human depression and darkness, help to make sure you don't get mentally overwhelmed by it is necessary), and helped him realize that he needed to save Ryuga. The latter looked like plot armor, but in reality, it'd have made absolutely no difference to the ending if Kyoya, Hikaru, and Tsubasa communicated and talked with Gingka before the battle. The writers just chose to do it like this. As for his battle with Nemesis - that was the moment when Gingka became one with Pegasis, and a few minutes later, he also became one with that gold energy source. Yes, Gingka would have lost that battle if he didn't have help. However, the power of every blader is not what defeated Nemesis, it merely held him off for a minute or two. With the help, Gingka became one with Pegasis and the gold energy source for good, but it should be clear that superb will power and skill is needed for that, just the fact Gingka was able to control the power of every single blader on earth shows how incredibly tough his will is. Gingka is now permanently one with Pegasis and they're permanently one with the gold energy source. If Rago came back one day and there was no one there to help Gingka, you can be 100% that Gingka would win. The writers are not lazy, the way the story played out is very realistic. That wasn't a story about how some plot armored kid defeated everyone even though he didn't deserve it and is just relying on power of friendship. It was a story of a kid who gradually obtained will power so incredibly strong, he was one of the only people in the world who could defeat the strongest form of human hatred and depression, one of the only people in the whole world who could rival Ryuga, and with enough help, that kid was able to reach the very top, and become one with the strongest powers in the universe. TL;DR Gingka won with his own power, other people's power only helped him get the necessary knowledge on how to use his own.

While I prefer the plastic gen and can say that the anime and manga was better then the metal saga I can say without a doubt Ryuga was my favorite his story and character and bey he used was perfect he is the strongest blader and can beat anyone if it wasn’t for rago ryuga would still roam the world the way I see it is ryuga is the Akuma of beyblade always wondering seeking a fight worthy of his Time constantly training trying to better himself and the strongest there is

@@aristeel7654 yeah thanks for making it my favourite metal fight Beyblade character is Ryuga I just started getting back into it and I had no idea that Ginka became one with Pegasus until 4D :)
While it's such a normal thing for us to favor the original storyline written for anime's in their manga's, I actually feel the ending to metal fury is superior to the manga with regard to one aspect, Ryuga's death. In the manga, ryuga actually survives the nemesis episode, evidence of that is him and ginga team up for something and thats how wing pegasus and l-drago guardian come out. While he's such an extreme badass, I genuinely think it's such poetic way to end a story where it started. Of all the things in the world that could've killed or beaten Ryuga, it was his own hubris that lead him to take on the one battle he wasn't going to win (not to mention reviving Nemesis in the first place). At the end of the day, he's a villain yet he isn't at the same time, I wish we could've seen more from him in Metal Masters since he seemed to cooperate more than in Metal Fury. He pops up here and there to whoop some ass but we never really get that epic battle with a main character that I know we all want to see!
I know this is kind of random but do you have contact with the Hoshi No Yume sub team?? If yes then did they say to you why they never subbed Metal Fight Beyblade??
I'm part of the team so yes, I have contact with them :p the reason I've been given is "the old translator got burned out and quit", now you may ask why they didn't find another one and the answer to that is I don't know, maybe financial reasons? no idea
@@Darth_Malgus4627 more accurately he said "kisama" which is basically the most irrespectful and offensive way to directly refer to someone (never used irl cuz it's apparently just cringe anime crap) but Ryuga uses it for everyone. Some translate it as "bastard" but to my knowledge it's up for interpretation on how u wanna translate it
I actually don't agree with some things that the Metal Fury (4D) Anime did to the plot, especially in comparison to the Manga. For example I feel like the writers did Ryuga dirty in this season, he seems a littlebit out of character in comparison to Metal Masters. Letting him die is also something that I don't really like. I loved the first two seasons, in fact I think they are better than the Manga counterpart, but in this season season things got worse for me. The only thing that I LOVED in the 4D Anime is the Kenta/Ryuga relationship.
@@aristeel7654 At the point where I wrote the comment I watched the Video until around the 45 Minute mark, but I just finished it. I agree that I should wait with commenting until I fully watched the Video, but after watching the rest I don't really think it changed much about my opinion. So why are you asking?
Kenta was my favorite Character since Metal Fusion and him Following Ryuga was unexpected for me, only because during Metal Masters I felt like he was replaced by Yuu and didn’t think the writers would include him in the story of the Next Saga & I’m glad they did & Flash Sagittario is My favorite Beyblade
I couldn't agree more. Although his death was never confirmed by the animators. But yeah, they did him dirty solely because he was very popular. I prefer the manga version of metal fury and zero g.
One of my only complaints is that Yu kinda got shafted in the metal masters series, he was very competent in fusion but he barely fights or wins in masters.
Man that was a good video , good job God it brings back memeorys and a even neawer vision on the show for me , and I have fully watched it like 4 tmes!
Where can I watch the entirety of metal fight beyblade subbed? Everywhere I look it only gives me the dubbed version & when they do have the subbed version available it is only a limited number of episodes
Only the first 30 episodes have been subbed in english + like 2 episodes of 4D but in extremely low quality. I personally have subbed episodes 137 (145-146 by japanese numbers) and 138 (147-148 by japanese numbers) and a few more scenes. The whole series has been subbed in french though.
There are only ~35 episodes of MFB subbed, scattered throughout the internet. I've personally subbed episodes 137, 138, and 139. The whole series had been subbed in french.
@@aristeel7654 That is strange because there are more English speakers in the world than French speakers, so you would think there would be more demand for an English sub than a French sub for the Metal Series.
59:47 what you mean by it also used ut own energy mostly so thats why it was blue and not gold what you mean by that it gold energy that gingka destroyed nemesis???
This is gonna be a long comment, prepare yourself XD. It will make sense once you read it. If it doesn't, leave another comment! The star fragment itself is comprised of the blue energy we've seen, but it has a connection to gold energy. That's why it's sometimes shown as blue and sometimes as gold, it depends on how (well) it's being used. You'll notice though, when Gingka, Kyoya, Chris, and Kenta seal away the God of Destruction, the energy is gold. With the star fragments of the 4 seasons combined, they have the necessary knowledge to use the connection to the gold energy in order to seal Nemesis. More details to support this are: if you've followed the video, you'll have understood that Dragon Emperor Supreme Flight is the power only of L-Drago, while Dragon Emperor Life Destructor is the combined power of L-Drago + Ryuga's star fragment. Ryuga had become one with both sources of energy and could use them to their fullest, something which no other blader had been able to do up until this point. This is why when he does Supreme Flight, Nemesis takes no damage, it barely even has the need to defend itself. Whereas when he did Life Destructor, Rago was getting pretty worried (as seen by his facial expression) and he had to actually fight back. Afterwards, even when all the other legendary bladers did their special move, Nemesis didn't take any hit, because none of the other bladers had even come anywhere close to mastering the star fragment to the level of Ryuga. They couldn't make the difference between the power of the cosmic entity of their bey and the star fragment's power. The star fragment is also what kept Ryuga alive, because that's the only power that Nemesis could not corrupt... Ryuga then gave that power to Kenta in hopes that there would be a chance they can defeat Nemesis that way, sacrificing himself for the better of all and the future. When the bladers gave Gingka their power a few episodes later, you'll notice that their power was gold. This is because they combined all of the star fragments' powers and had an immense connection to that gold source of energy. However, Gingka was still only relying on his will power and had not mastered these energies anywhere close to the level Ryuga had, so Gingka had way less knowledge and experience. He got overwhelmed by Nemesis again, but with the help of all the bladers in the world, the connection to the gold energy was increased massively, and that's what allowed Gingka to keep going. It was at that time that he started being able to truly counter Nemesis, and with the incredible environment provided by all the incredible bladers of the world, he finally had a big enough connection to the gold energy and to Pegasis to realize what must be done. He became one with Pegasis (the same way Ryuga had become one with L-Drago) and Gingka & Pegasis together traveled to the gold source of energy, and became one with it as well. At this point in time, they have the infinite power of themselves and of the gold energy source, and were able to defeat Nemesis while also transforming all of its negative energy and making sure the God of Destruction can never again come back. Ryuga and L-Drago were also fixed, however whether that happened during the completion of Zeus's barrier or when Gingka defeated Nemesis, I cannot tell for sure. I'm more inclined to think it happened while Zeus's barrier was completed, but I'm unsure. The ending was perfect and realistic. You can't achieve perfection alone, you need sooner or later the help of others. Yet it doesn't mitigate Gingka's power, because reality is, he wasn't lacking power or will strength, he was lacking knowledge. Gingka's will power was unrivaled by anyone except Ryuga's (maybe Kenta's at the end?). Gingka is just as strong as the show makes him seem to be, but he needed the help of others to make him realize how to use his great power to actually stop the evil. It's the perfect ending; emotional, high-stakes, and happy end. Well, in my opinion ofc; feel free to discuss it here!

FACTS
The fact that Ryuga was able to survive at practically the Earth's core really does say something about him as an individual and being the Dragon Emperor. These people really have a lot of strength outside of Beyblading. I mean Kyoya literally trained with wild mountain wolves AND he's literally withstood _the very blazes of _*_Hell_*_ itself!_
That's very true
one of the few knocks I have on the metal saga is that too many quality characters get forgotten about in later seasons. this happens with many fusion characters (Teru, Tetsuya, Ryutaro, Sora, Hyoma, Reiji, and in a lesser capacity Tobio and Hikaru) as well as masters characters (Team Excalibur, Russian Team, Damian, and in a lesser capacity Jack and the Garcias). just wish there wasn’t a constant push to introduce new characters.
I agree I would've loved to see more of some characters, especially Hikaru. Leaving one of the only female characters with unresolved ptsd was so stupid. But btw im pretty sure Reiji is dead xd

@@KamenRiderDragoon who cares about realism, make the character interaction realistic, make the story realistic not the plot
i do have a undiscovered question
did ryuga just ditch his two special moves with lightning l-drago and created his two new special moves BECAUSE it required the dark power?
or
did he inherit the moves with meteo l-drago and uses them as normal moves but doesn’t announce it in battle?
this is why wished he faced damian instead of jack because we kinda already knew he was winning that fight, he was just stealing and hiding his spin strength during battle. damian would’ve pushed him slightly further imo

Yeah it sucks that the only time they ever showed him again was when he found ryuga in metal masters. Then it never showed anything after that
Here before it blows up 👀👀👀👀
We'll see, thank you!
Ryuga the great king dragon emperor
Fr Gingka did not win but because he needed everyone’s power I can relate to when he used his friends strength to beat Ryuga back in Metal Fusion yes Nemesis weakness is gold energy and being sealed away but Gingka needed everyone’s power to beat a very strong opponent just shows how lazy the writers can be sometimes because Gingka needed everyone’s power in the world to beat Rago and Ryuga he can’t actually rely on his own power to beat them the only thing I see accurate when he did beat them is his Bladers Spirit but without that he’s doomed
There are a couple main factors in a battle:
How much power you have
How much will power you have (which is the same as blader's spirit)
How you use that power
What kind of power you have
Gingka had help, yes.

I actually haven't read the manga, I'll restrain from reading the whole of this comment until I do so :)

Beyblades are fr powerful but I used to think it was just like a visual manifestation
I know this is kind of random but do you have contact with the Hoshi No Yume sub team??
If yes then did they say to you why they never subbed Metal Fight Beyblade??
I'm part of the team so yes, I have contact with them :p the reason I've been given is "the old translator got burned out and quit", now you may ask why they didn't find another one and the answer to that is I don't know, maybe financial reasons? no idea

20:31 CRAZY LINES YOU WILL *NEVER* CATCH IN THE DUB😳💯🔥🔥
lmfaoooo yeah
I think in 4D there was actually one line where in Japanese, Ryuga told Kenta he'd die
@@aristeel7654 Also Ryuga called Kenta a "Bastard" for damaging L Drago in the Japanese version.
The only thing that I LOVED in the 4D Anime is the Kenta/Ryuga relationship.
did you watch the video?
@@aristeel7654 At the point where I wrote the comment I watched the Video until around the 45 Minute mark, but I just finished it. I agree that I should wait with commenting until I fully watched the Video, but after watching the rest I don't really think it changed much about my opinion. So why are you asking?
@@Minas425 What specific things make you think Ryuga is out of character in 4d?
Kenta was my favorite Character since Metal Fusion and him Following Ryuga was unexpected for me, only because during Metal Masters I felt like he was replaced by Yuu and didn’t think the writers would include him in the story of the Next Saga & I’m glad they did & Flash Sagittario is My favorite Beyblade
I couldn't agree more. Although his death was never confirmed by the animators. But yeah, they did him dirty solely because he was very popular. I prefer the manga version of metal fury and zero g.
Gingka and Ryuga (or more accurately, Pegasus and L-Drago) are kinda like Indra and Asura in a way🤔
Do you know where I can find the 4D/Fury VOSTFR subs?
Ye, you can find them through the Beyblade Espace discord discord.com/invite/HZEpzZ3
One of my only complaints is that Yu kinda got shafted in the metal masters series, he was very competent in fusion but he barely fights or wins in masters.
That's fair, I agree he had way too little battles in the second season
Man that was a good video , good job
God it brings back memeorys and a even neawer vision on the show for me , and I have fully watched it like 4 tmes!
Thank you!

How do you have access to the Japanese dub of metal fight with the english subtitles? I've been looking for ages and I couldn't find it myself.
@@Darth_Malgus4627 for some reason, Beyblade and France seems to like each other quite a bit

Is it possible to post ryuga vs Kyoya subbed I’ve wanted to see what they say in that version

@@aristeel7654 yeah thank you for that info i understand now what you mean by blue energy of star fragment 😅 thank you and thank you also for extra information but Got one more question I understand many viewers be confused how or how did ryuga survived like he did had a power of star fragment and gave it to Kenta in the end he disappeared just like Ldrago so I don't know where he gone many people believe that he wasn't dead at the end but to me it same but just curious what happened to him later u know cuz in manga we see him fighting with Sakyo so but thx for information about gingkas power too yes it true his normal power and everyone elses were no damaging nemesis at all but with gingka who mastered his bey in the end used his ultimate move just like ryuga move gingka then realised that but with everyone power but he mastered his own bey in the end without anyone power of star fragment and yes i agree with gold energy stuff u said it is of star fragment and that why it all gold thingu thx
@@kyoyakuvira101 when Rago did his special move, he corrupted L-Drago (who was one with Ryuga). They gave their star fragment and sacrificed themselves.
You might notice, the gold energy went into the cosmos. Everything was fixed, including L-Drago being corrupted. Ryuga is shown at the end being happy at the achievement Gingka has just made. Ryuga and L-Drago have no physical form for now, but it's impossible to destroy energy.
I believe the manga is a different story to the anime btw.
