I bought a second ( or third, possibly fourth lol ) hand zephyr from my brother and l have to say it was a very smooth machine and had a low enough seat height with good handlebar position. The power delivery was great but not so much that it was twitchy and arm wrenching. I rode that bike for several years and l would still have it but for health problems that prevented me from riding anymore.
It's a real shame. That's what awaits us all. The Zaphyr is truly a great motorcycle. Especially the retro style. Today I regret selling it. The buyer still has it, I visited him and saw my ex again…. Thanks for watching
In Slovenia, the price at that time was DM 9,884 (German mark). The price was originally in Japanese yen. However, this was a discount price while clearing unsold stock. I corrected the price after I found the original invoice at home 2.1.2023
