For the "response time", faster gives the least amount of motion smear when examined in super-slowmo. Also, out of the box, the picture isn't the greatest and you will need to tweak it. You will need to increase the brightness, contrast, sharpness and color a bit (I have them all in the 75-80 range, and bumped all the colors up to 56). I also prefer the Gamma mode 2. Once you tweak it in, it has a great picture.

Bought this monitor 2 years ago. got a RTX 2080 last week. Turned on FreeSync. Turn on "make freesync work if I can make it work" from nvidias control panel for 71Hz refresh rate. It works. This monitor will work with Nvidia's G-Sync Compatible settings to overclock refresh rates. It's 4ms response but most gaming panels are without getting expensive. This monitor is amazing for gaming for its price, even in 2019. Its the best not-talked-about monitor around.

I had the BenQ RL series with zero flicker technology. I bought this one and used it for few days and it strained my eyes. I game for 8 hours a day normally on the BenQ without any problems but not on this one.
I also have one and the colors are just perfect.Besides the 27 inches You don't even see the diffrence of 1080p vs 1440p on this monitor.Recommanded to people that use this as a Studio Monitor.I use it for programming

The base is 27 cm from back to front. The middle of the monitor screen is 16.5 cm from the back and the sides are about 19.5 cm from the back. Most of the weight is in the middle of the base, so the back could easily hang off the back of the desk 6-7cm or more. I've got a 60cm deep desk and have plenty of room for the keyboard and mouse in front.

So no ghosting or BLACK SMEARING on this panel at all? VA panels usually suck for gaming. The 4ms response time crap is usually a LIE.
No ghosting at all. Response times are generally marketing spiel, but I haven't had any issues with gaming on this monitor.
