Yeah, definitely getting these guys for my collection. I try to collect all black series Clone Troopers and Stormtroopers (although clones always come first for me) And btw I've played the force unleashed and for some enemies it depends on what edition of the game you are playing as you have it for the Xbox 360, the PS3 and the Wii. I have only played the Wii version (I need to get the 360 version) and I've done some research and I've realized that the Wii version is different from the 360 and PS3 versions. You encounter Shadow Stormtroopers in the Wii version just like in the other ones, however I don't recall ever seeing the Stormtrooper commander. Although there is a interesting fact about the Wii version, the intro is very different from the other versions. In the 360 and PS3 versions Darth Vader arrives on Kashyyyk at daytime and sees regular stormtrooper fighting the wookies. However in the Wii version Darth Vader arrives on Kashyyyk and it is at nighttime and the stormtroopers are not regular stormtroopers, they have the blue 501st legion marking on them, so they have regular stormtrooper armor but they have markings that are identical to the ones on the 501st clone troopers. Maybe the stormtrooper commander appears in the Wii version, I'm not sure but the Action figure has the same color blue as the 501st troopers but the style of the markings are different.
I know I am late but the shadow trooper is a type of stormtrooper that is connected to the commander, when a commander would appear in the game they could summon a shadow trooper, the trooper would phase out of stealth and begin attacking the player the moment the commander called em in

How many different colors and paint apps can you slap on the same tired old lemon? Alot, apparently. They should have waited and used their new sculpt.
Hasbro knows exactly what they're doing. They made and released these to squeeze one last bit of money out of this stormtrooper sculpt. They know that most people who are going out of their way to buy these are gonna spend money on the new sculpt as well.

You should have shown the light through the Shadow Trooper to show the transparent parts. It's an incredible sight I was really hoping that you would have done it.
To be honest, ''The force unleashed'' has the best design, would be super cool having the navy commandos as well. I could mention the emperor shadow guards as well. I love them so much. Too bad they are out of production

I’m just asking because I just ordered one from eBay. It’s actually a bootleg of an 2015 SH Figuarts figure from Japan! I saw it a few years back and passed on it, but just saw it again and just had to order it! The only difference is that the sh one comes w/ only the blaster, but the bootleg one comes with both the blaster and rifle! I’m just hoping that even tho it’s a KO, it’s a decent figure🤪!! If anyone is interested, it’s listed under “Star Wars Darth Vader Dark Knight 15.5cm Set Model Action Figure a” Can’t wait you see what that’s all about!!🤣😂 Anyways! Keep up the awesome vids!! You can order that KO Shadow Stormtrooper on Aliexpress still. Ordered myself a couple for Christmas last year, after I saw them here of course😁. But now with this release those two will become Blackhole Stomtroopers from the comics 😉
I've only been collecting clone troopers, I just feel they're far far more superior to storm troopers and I'm a huge fan. I was gonna wait on starting to collect S.troopers but that shadow trooper is making me rethink that...

Might get one old style and new style trooper to flank Vader on the shelf. Get that slight variety and make the army feel alive :D

Starkiller would be all new sculpting, plus Stormtroopers grab people's attention even if they've never played Unleashed.

I am a bit concerned about them actually using translucent plastic. From what i've heard it can get frail as shit.
I've heard that too, but mostly when it comes to smaller pieces like pins. On this, the pins are standard plastic.
