    In Kakku Ki Kitchen, today we are going to make a very special dish which is made on special occassions specially in Gujarat and Rajasthan. Yes, you guessed it right, It's Lapsi.
    Lapsi is very healthy made with wheat daliya and gud (jaggery) with lots of dryfruits.
    To make Lapsi you need some basic ingredients :
    Ingredients required to make lapsi:
    • 1 bowl wheat daliya
    • 1 bowl gud (jaggery)
    • 2 tbl sp coconut powder
    • Dryfruits (almonds, cashew, raisins)
    • Elaichi powder
    • Ghee
    Process:
    • On stove, in a pan add 1 tbl sp ghee and add daliya and roast it on low flame till colour changes and aroma comes.
    • Then add coconut powder and roast them too for around 3 minutes.
    • Let them cool.
    • On stove, in a pressure cooker add 3 bowl water and add gud.
    • Let the gud melt. As it melts and water starts boiling add the roasted items and stir it.
    • Let it pressure cooked till 1 whistle on loe flame.
    • Tasty Lapsi is ready to be served. Add some elaichi powder and mix it.
    • Serve it by garnishing it with some cashew.
