First off- I've literally been working on this video since March. While I've definitely gone several weeks (even months) without working on it, it's been very much in progress for half a year. As much as I love sound effect AMVs, this one's probably the last one I'll do for a while. It took a lot more out of me than I initially expected. I got about 70% of the way through and then just burned out, as you can probably tell. Both my brain and laptop felt ready to explode by the time I exported this lmao.
Other than that I had a literal blast toying with some new transitions and attempting to improve my sloppy masking skills. The cc is all over the place but hopefully it's not that big of a deal for this one.

okay y'all enjoy because it's probably the last (full length) sound effect AMV I'll be doing for a while. It took a lot out of me, and while it was fun, it got to the point where I just wanted to be done lmao
could u tell me where did u get the clips and which software u use
@@emmasimon8415 I get a lot of clips from creditless openings that I download off RUclips and/or a webm archive from the AMV subreddit. There's also a good website sakugabooru where you can search for a specific anime and get small clips with good animation from it. I sometimes use nyaa, but if I don't have to I won't since I don't like working with full episodes of anime as much.
I use Hitfilm Express for editing, but I'm currently trying to switch over to Premiere Pro for the sake of some plugins. I think Hitfilm is still a free software, but I'd have to check to tell for sure :)
