DAILY LIVING in Golem, Albania Beach Front

Today we headed to Golem, before moving on to Vlore. It was so different than Durres, it had a very vacation feel to the area, and the boardwalk (once we found it) was beautiful!

The bus is Durres-Golem, but you can’t get it from the Durres beach area as it follows the Durres bypass to Plepa, where you got it, and then to Golem.

@wutheringheights739 maybe because it's off season? But we haven't seen a durres-golem bus? Or maybe we just missed it? Either way, we got there! Lol

⁠​⁠@@wattstravelingNo it’s all year round bus line. During summer season is a normal big bus, now in low season it seems to be a smaller one. Like i said, it goes from Durres center to Golem bypassing the Beach area, going through the ring road. That’s why the ticket costs 100 lek. Even though you took it for a short distance from Plepa, you pay the full price same like you take it from the center of Durres.

I know renting a car is expensive..... as for buying a car, there's lots of used cars, and you can find something reasonable.
