    We're guessing this is RTBF-1 from a couple of clues, as the entire clip is totally unbranded - not something that would ever happen today. It's definitely (a) in French; (b) in Belgium as that's the Belgian National Lottery symbol; (c) a public service channel because of the news. From that, we'll go with RTBF's main service, La Une.

    This starts with the credits for the second episode of 'The Magic Of Dance' (1979) from the BBC, albeit with French credits in place of the original English credits. Very curious! But yes, definitely RTBF (Belgium) since that's Alain de Streel for the news.

    The speakerine Dominique Wathelet presents the lottery results. News are from 1985, the day where Kevin Curren defeated McEnroe at the Wimbledon tournament (quater finale).
