- While enjoying the hospitality of Peshawar, and having fun with the locals in the bazaar, I also get into trouble because of the kids. Being a foreigner gets lots of attention and a crowd around you, I love it but that is not what always business owners think. So I had to leave where I was because of these sweets kids earlier than I wanted.

in Peshawar you will find lots of people with Afghan origin and Afghan culture. main language of Peshawar is Pashto which is also the main language of Afghanistan.
Pakistan have 2X more Pashtuns than Afghaniatan...
- World largest population of pashto speakers live in Pakistan,
- Pashto is second most spoken language of Pakistan
- Karachi is the City with largest numbers of Pashtun population anywhere in world
- This is not only Peshawar, Peshawar is just one City amongs many cities where Pashtuns live
Actually, Pakistan has more PAshtuns than in Afghanistan. Secondly, Peshawar has lots of Pashto speakers, but the city has traditionally been a Hindko (Punjabi dialect) city.

We pashtuns/pathans are stict with freemixing. Normally markets are owned by men and men bring back tthings home for the women
