Great ideas. I also saw someone suggest using Kleenex boxes to "wrap" gifts. Actually no wrapping required. Some boxes are so pretty.
I have severe allergies and have a box of Kleenex in every room and now am feeling sad that I've been tossing the boxes away for so many years. Your suggestions are wonderful and now I can repurpose the boxes.

If the design of the boxes especially pretty save the cardboard and we use it for crafts. There are many things that can be done with them including decorating picture frames.

I have never liked my small bin in bathroom or the one I persistently kick when doing my makeup, thanks keeps the floor clear of bins and don't forget they always need washed out. This is so handy and simple 💖

yes..
I take the more expensive square box when empty and open the end. Replace with tissues (folded in half) from larger rectangular box which are cheaper and tape end shut. I like the smaller footprint of the smaller boxes and some are so pretty. Now with your great ideas, the big boxes are reused. Thanks!

If you line box with plastic bags you can reuse them. In laundry room, you can put lint from dryer.

If you're using the tissue box as a trash container, and it becomes full, make sure to cut it open and empty all the trash into your large can trash container when it's full. Then you can recycle the tissue box.
That’s a very good idea and that’s what we do here. Moreover, I also separate a small plastic cover at the hole of the box to get it recycled 😊

We have a lot of tissue boxes in my classroom so these tips are very useful!
For the many times I only need half a tissue, I have started using toilet rolls instead. When visiting a neighbour recently I noticed she was doing the same.

I like your half size tissue hack. I was cutting in half and trying to make box smaller. I like your idea of cutting two holes in the full size box! Thx!

I'm going to use a few empty facial tissue boxes for storage in my bathroom on shelves. I will cut them into the basic rectangle shape shown here, and then I can decorate each one with gift wrap or anything fun that can be glued or taped to the cardboard. A crafty person could even use découpage liquid to affix nice photos on the new storage box, and it will last a very long time. Also remember that if you paint and draw well then you can paint a fun, pretty design on thin, glossy white paper and then cover a box with your own original images ... it's just a matter of folding the paper properly around the box, and trimming any excess paper edges to fit the tissue box.
There's a lot that can be done. Thanks for the inspiration.
