I have been following the Palestinians struggles for years now, with the ups and downs after each siege and ceasefire. Its heartwarming to see the non-stop support the world are showing right now but at the same time, I am appalled with how the world "leaders" choose to allow these atrocities to continue, because they can't just simply let go of their interests in the region.

A-HRC-40-73 was the document I referenced the most when trying to tell other people how fucked up shit is - but it's incredibly hard to get people to READ.

Its because they are narcissists that don't want to admit they are wrong and just make excuses for everything one them said in a comment under a video talking about the death of isreali hostages by isreali soldier's saying and I quote "they shouldn't have kidnapped them in the first place" completely ignoring the fact they just shot people who were not armed and held the white flag they are literally doing their best to make excuses
I dont even think the problem is because the document is " hard to digest ". You could make the most simplified and easy to understand format and they will straight up say " Yeah and? They deserved it ".
Go look at the comments in GDF’s videos, especially the earlier ones, to see what I am talking about.
These videos are good but sometimes I can't even finish them. It's all things I've heard before, and continue to make my heart ache

I think it's important to note that when it is noted at the end of the video that these administrative detentions are "almost unheard of before October 7", that is a reference to Israeli citizens of Palestinian descent - not for the Palestinians detained in the West Bank, etc. That has been the reality for them for a long time.
