This message gave me such peace. I remember what I have always known. What I had forgotten as I aged . I can always choose Peace and love. Thank you for this video.
Yes our ego/false self can cause many unnecessary suffering in life... but once we're already aware of it & catching ourselves when we tend to listen to ego's voice, the suffering will eventually lessen day by day 🙏
@@HellohappieInspiration I'm already noticing a little difference in myself. It's going to take time to change a lifetime habit of following Ego's direction. Better late than never😊
This is my complete nemesis. I'm always stuck in a mode of, how dare you, or have some respect or don't bully people, i hate bullies and i cannot see a way out of just letting someone hit their dog in front of me. I just think some situations demand we apply ourselves, or who will fend for creatures that cannot fend for themselves, or children even? I had a racist women knock me into next week, by bouncing my shoulder and sending me flying. I went into a complete rage and did it back to her and she started to behave all innocent and said she didn't see me??? So you didn't feel the person you smashed into and send flying? Am i supposed to let her get away with that? And how does ego play into it when someone is out to be dominant over you? I'm genuinely asking because i meet a lot of nasty folk and i'm desperately trying to hold it down before i explode.
Hello thank you for sharing here 🙏 Yes I think we're at a time right now when the ego is becoming more and more prominent, & we are seeing expressions and behaviors that are of the lower self identities. When facing such situations you have described, our higher self can also choose to exercise boundaries & remove ourselves from situations that we may feel are not for our highest good. And I think one way to also navigate these experiences is to first make sure that we have enough alone times or meditative times in our daily life, so we won't get easily carried away by our external environment & become reactive, and we can strengthen the inner peace within us. And as you go through your day, also try if you can stay in that peaceful place in your heart, and not get into the mind. When we're in our minds, we tend to take the external events personally, and we go into battles of what's right and wrong. It would be helpful to always carry the understanding that the behaviors of other people are a result of their own inner world and are not really personal to us. We can see them objectively, and be able to respond in a calm & grounded way because we have a clearer view of the situation. In this way, we can also take inspired actions (such as saving a dog or a child) from a neutral perspective, without the need to attack another person. I know these things take some practice, but as long as the intention is there, your higher self and your spiritual guides will always be with you to help you navigate these contrasting times. Hope this helps 🙏😇
What an amazing response and i totally understand what you are saying. I have always believed that intent plays a massive part and being an empath, i have a huge heart, just my ego gets in the way of what you say 'what is right and wrong' We have to think on a higher frequency. Thank you so much. I will screenshot this and read it daily - Thank you, yes it helped me x@@HellohappieInspiration
@@thkatandi Glad it helped 🙏 Yes that is true...seeing everything from a higher perspective & just being the silent witness to all the comings and goings in the outer world 👍

You're very welcome 🙏😇
Currently reading this book. Glad this video popped up. Having a hard time applying this to our present political turmoil in the U.S.
Our ego is so easily offended. Our "sacred self" is free from offense. I am all for the freedom! I choose kind.
Yes that's true.. 🙏😇
Listening to this EVERY morning
sets up my day to stay calm no matter what.
Thank you for giving us these brief bites of truth. 🙏 ✌
I can choose peace 🙏
Incredibly powerful 7+ minutes🙏♥️
😢being at peace ✌️ always enables you to act with love 💕 and kindness 😅
Thanks
I don't know about anyone else ...but my Ego is a petty, immature Asshole. Being ego-driven has only caused me unhappiness and PAIN. 😢
