Redemption is overrated but yh he can probably be redeemed
Aoyama has always felt guilty. There was the pain of deceiving her friends. I still think he can turn back.
i mean, it's not his fault of course he deserves a chance to redeem his self, from being free
thing is, we cant even get mad at Aoyama because it's not his fault. I'd blame the parents for making a deal with the literal Devil, but in the end, the reason is to give Aoyama happiness
Exactly, this whole situation just sucked for everyone except AFO.
Mr. and Mrs. Aoyama deserve jailtime for what they brought upon their child but Yuga's case deserves consideration considering that there are real life provisions for people who have been coerced into crime.
Yeah it's unfortunate because obviously they didn't know who they were dealing with at the time but they were the ones mostly responsible at the end of the day
thank you so much for understanding aoyama's situation and not trashing him. i cant tell you how many people can't understand the basic logic behind his situation and hate his guts for what he did.
No problem! 😅 At the surface level what he did looks really bad but once you realize that he had to do it for his parents' sake, it really puts things into perspective. Any of the other students would've done the same, if not worse, if it meant protecting their family

So I didn't necessarily get spoiled on that Aoyama was the traitor. Instead I was pointed in his direction prematurely. I accidentally saw the manga panel of him looking through Midoriya's dorm window and I assumed that he was the mole. However, when an explanation was given, I dismissed the notion. They defines faked us out there when it cut to Hagakure after AFO said he had friends. Great reaction my guy

@CloudyCrow Lol me too. Despite not being able to see her(except for in this episode lol), Invisible girl comes off as a more entertaining side character than Aoyama to me. Narratively I wish it was her that was the mole, but I'm cool with it having been Aoyama lol

EXACTLY!!! I said the same thing but I think one big difference between them is that Deku always dreamed of being a hero like All Might whereas Aoyama just wanted to have a quirk so he could fit in.
So even if Deku did stumble down his path, I don't think his sense of justice would've let him go as far as Aoyama did. He probably would've turned himself in much sooner but, then again, it's hard to say because his mom's life would've been in danger just like Aoyama's parents so who knows.

poor aoyama 😢 his parents wanted "him" to be happy and i get that but begging him to comply so they dont die was so messy. fans are so clever too cuz ia w you about aoyama being kind of unnoticeable (which ig is the point!) but ppl said him sabotaging uraraka about her "crush" was him trying not to go to the training camp. so hori really went deep with the traitor storyline 😩👌

Dw, I made sure there were no spoilers in the thumbnail. If you're talking about Hagakure's face, I'm only showing it because her face was already revealed to us earlier this season (in the OP).
I still think like Class A is too big for the show, there are so many inconsequential characters already, like animal guy, the tail guy, aoyama, invisible girl, cake guy, and then the whole of class B, I guess it's good that Horikoshi manages to give these characters their little moments, but I feel like these moments in the story don't feel as important because no one really cares about these characters
I absolutely love how big that class is personally. I wish they could actually make filler episodes about class B students 😅
They are all getting their moments in the final war
Hey CloudyCrow, can I please ask that you be more careful with your thumbnail and title from now on? Twice now I've been spoiled on a plot twist by you, in only three episodes; if this keeps on I'll have to block the channel entirely, and I'd really rather not because I do enjoy your reactions but it's not worth killing my own enjoyment of the show for them.
That was my mistake and I'll try to improve on that in the future.
It's not easy trying to find a balance between making the Thumbnail interesting/exciting while also avoiding the interesting/exciting parts of the episode. My goal obviously isn't to spoil though so I've changed the thumbnail and I appreciate you voicing your concerns to me 🙏🙏
