I think there's no manager in history to get classed as 'Elite' while winning next to nothing. A Ligue 1 with PSG and a load of bottled finals. That's literally it.

Pocchetino’s bizarre training regiment have caused so many injuries to the team it’s literally insane. Chelsea have such a big squad boasting of more than 30 players strong on the team sheet and that’s not include the players on loan. Pretty much all of their squad combined will be more than 50 players. Yet they have 10 or more injuries despite playing less games as they’re not playing any games in Europe. Just a quick comparison the City squad only have 23 players and they only have less than 3 injuries while still playing games on three competitions.😂
Dude, we have had difficult injuries since 2021. Probs more then any other team. it's not him, what is him is the dogs hit I am watching. These injuries are more likely due to players medical facility and the insane workload nowadays.

CFC club following the Brighton business model - hence so many staff and players bought from Brighton in the past 2-3 years. Buy young players (at League 2 level) to sell at higher prices for profits. A few good players like Palmer helps for the marketing.The owners are not interested in football or winning trophies. The odd win is good for publicity and marketing and to ensure CFC does not get relegated as the marketing will be negatively affected.

For me, I think Poch must go, how can you remove your top two attackers in Palmer and Jackson before 90 minutes, and you are only 1 goal up. Who do you expect to score a goal for you if things go south which it did. The reason why am mad at Poch is because he doesn't want to learn from his mistakes, he thinks what he knows now is enough and he doesn't want to learn more. This is the same mistakes against Arsenal, while we are 1 goal up and you decide to remove all your attacker and when the score we are screwed.
Chelsea as a team are missing the main aspects that fall under the control of a coach, a defined style of play, defensive organisation and a team structure. When you add the fact that if you total the yards the players run in games, Chelsea despite having one of the youngest PL teams are 20th out of 20. What on earth is done during the week at training as this statistic suggests fitness training is also substandard?

You know, not for nothing, they have a game in hand on everyone around them (2 on west ham) and if they win it, they’re right on Newcastle and United’s heels for the conference league spot. Is it likely to happen, no, but that’s a consistency thing which has always been an issue with youth players.
Chelsea has an entire squad of mostly youth players still. Consistency will come the more these players have a chance to play with one another. You can’t bring in an entire new squad over two seasons and expect everyone to click.

I just think punditry should be a bit reasonable with the maturity of the boys. Most of the pundits I hear are just too critical without much reasoning. The boys are young and building takes time. We should not always discountenance the opposing Team's effort as well. These are bad moments for Chelsea, we should see it as such and try to take the little good in a bad moment hoping it all changes next season. You can see the quality, when it clicks, it clicks.
