Because it isn't Assassin's Creed anymore. Same goes with Origins, Odyssey and Valhalla. It lost it's core structure which is assassinations. If it was a different game it would have been cool but still it is w0ke filled DEI nonetheless [Shadows]. I hope it gets banned in Japan cause it's straight insulting to Japanese culture. All they care about not just Ubisoft is to promote "the message". I'm sure you've heard about Sweetbaby controversy. Now multiply this studio 100 times more we don't know about.

@@noodles5358 you don't see it as a big problem but it is. And yes one of the many things are it's because of the protagonist. Now you'll say we had many black protagonists before that even in the 90's. I agree but they didn't promoted the message. I don't have any problem with races at all. But when you use it EXCLUSIVELY for political correctness then yes it is a problem. This whole w0ke stuff emerged maybe in 2014 - 2016 and when 2020 came with George Floyd's death alongside BLM/LGBTQIA+ themes it skyrocketed in every media. Everything must be black and gay to them. They say "modern audience" who are these people and what do they represent? Nobody knows. Shows such as The Boys went full w0ke, or Star Wars The Acolyte. People are already starting to notice that this isn't correct.
Obviously, there is a number of people who enjoyed one-button combat from AC3 and Liberation. They don't need second or third button in combat. Push one button and watch a cutscene. Repeat until satisfied 😉
