Yang might not seem that impressive at first glance, but let me tell you that she's one of (if not the one) best solutions to the hardest fight in the game so far, at LB 6.3.
Depends, the major problem of that fight is you just can't just rely on burst damage all along unless you really know what you're doing. Leaving one point blank for it and your team dies, simple as that.
Note on Skill 2: The NP charge is 20% per for each tick drained. So if you use it turn one when no enemies have built up their NP, you get no charge. But, if you use it when there are three enemies to drain, you can get a 60% battery.

Yang is one of my biggest targets for 2022, I’m really excited for her finally coming to NA. Her design is top tier and voice is absolute sweet lava. She’ll be the first foreigner in my roster if I do get her. Also 3:10 LMAOOO We need this kind of humor in your spotlights, that gave me a laugh.

I had to pick between her and Beni on release, chose her banner and got huge amounts of remorse afterwards, but her SQ and especially Castoria's release made her an excellent silver bullet for whenever I need a generic ST nuker. This is one of those times when Clairvoyance EX is especially handy: do roll for her if you have the funds, you won't regret it in the long run. Just uh, be careful of those burns. What? Status effects? No-no-no, I mean actual burns from your phone trying to process her NP animation.

The "U" in Euryale is actually pronounced as "V" in Greek (yeah I know that we have a bonkers grammar). It feels really weird how the native english speakers call her "Uriel". Her name is more like Evry-ale with Ev sounding like the Ev from "every". The way the JP VA calls her is closer to correct than what I hear her called in most channels. Back on topic, I think I will try to finally get my first foreigner
I think only Greeks ever used that weirdo vowel and consonant pronunciations. Most western languages use either Germanic variations or the Romance languages (which acquired a bit from Greeks but passed it through that Latin blender).
I'm disappointed no one's brought up Wu Zetian's upcoming Torture Technique buff that inflicts the enemy with Burn (on top of buff block), making it much easier to fully utilize Yang's NP. She's also Yang's grandmother-in-law, so there's also sentimental value using them together.
I'll be honest that the Foreigners that I am planning to get next year are Voyager, Summer Abby, and Van Gogh though I guess getting Yang is bonus ... I guess.

With an Ozymandias spook to boot! (He was a 5 star golden rider spook on the Europa banner before I got her. I was so pissed at first lol)

I guess I forgot that since BB is like the only moon cancer in NA so it feels like it's her own class so it makes sense theyd make summer BB a moon cancer to have more than just the welfare BB. & to have at least one 5 star moon cancer. She's absolutely hilarious in the Castoria/Himiko support core btw. The latter further buffs her already ludicrous NP damage via OC increase while also providing an additional source of DPS with her star generation and crit buffs. Which is pretty useful for Yang since she already wants to use her command cards to spread additional burns, so why _not_ make those cards hit like a truck while you're at it? The fact that Foreigners have Archer star weight also helps here. And of course, the team is pretty much unkillable thanks to Castoria stacking unpiercable Invul, while Yang can easily tank a heavy hit in case you mess up the NP timings.
3:10 You should just said Foreigner 275 NP, but i misspoke most the names as well xD I really like her gameplay wise. She is a great Crit Arts DPS. Just a quick annotation. A great CE for her is also Honey Lake which will drop with Summer 5 which will give her 40 % Attack Up if the enemy is burning and the CC Heavenly Emperor's Consort gives her a 30% Crit Buff also if the enemy is burning! For those who don't know. Japan absolutely loves Chinese dresses so much it's on a lot of "top search" results for the jp people even back in my childhood Random facts aside. Great design and gets a buff to make her do more damage on her fire gimmick but I'm already set with mhxx at np 4 and level 100 so I'm skipping but good luck for everyone else. Also her np has a glitch where she is still on screen if you use it sometimes. It's funny.

When she came out on JP I got her with 60SQ, but I think I'll wait her return on Imaginary Scramble event as she'll get her skill upgrade, so this way I can try getting my NP2 Shishou and later get more copies of MHXX if possible while getting Yang being a win win condition when the foreigner card shows up

Yay! I was waiting for this servant review. Yang Guifei is definitely someone worth rolling for. Also, one of my goals for 2022, at least in terms of fgo, is to get one new Foreigner out of the four that will be getting in the future. Seriously, my Abigail and MHXX could use the extra hand with battling the Berserker enemies. So I really hope that I would be able to get at least one new Foreigner this coming here, and if Miss fire Kitty blesses my Chaldea with her presents, then I would be overjoyed. (Fun fact the reason I call her Fire Cat or Flame Kitty is because of both her fire aesthetic and the fact that when I first saw her in gameplay, her head piece gave me the impression that she had cat ears. From there, I decided to combine the two elements in order to form a cute nickname for her, and so her nickname was born.) Anyway, thank you guys for making this video and helping me map out all the command codes I would need to give her in the future. Also, I really am glad you guys kept in the bloopers of messing up her Noble Phantasm name. It was so funny and relatable. Haha, 😂. Anyway, I look forward to you guys's next review. Yang sounds interesting. Sounds like Nero Bride would be a good semi-support for her: can give healing & def, boost NP gain, and her NP inflicts burn. Berzerker Jeanne Alter may be a choice if you just need to put some fast burns on enemies to maximize NP damage. I don't have enough SQ hoarded to make a serious attempt to roll for her though; I spent most of it failing to get Space Ishtar.
Yang does get a second rateup around October next year when we get the Imaginary Scramble event, so feel free to pass on this first banner and aim there if you want
Yang is the first servant that got me to think about using command codes, before her I just completely ignored them but now I'm looking to collect as many as I can for her. I already have Brilliant goatee, the next would be Djinn's Lamp and True Crimson but they are both far off in the future next year. EDIT: I also want to mention the Honey Lake CE, not only does it deal 35-40% more damage to burned enemies, it also grants permanent Invul Pierce which is perfect during CQs. On top of all that it's also full atk stats.
The first servant that got me into Command codes was Karna, mostly for ore juciy buster crit damage. :D Next pones were Dantè and Okita who sadly kinda are in a clinch on who gets which CC. Enkidu got pretty much everything defensive to keep him up and about as long as possible so far. (And help him with his lackluster np charge)

As most Arts servants really don't need higher NP levels to use and Waver or Tamamo will be available get from the SSR tickets this April and 5th Anniversary, Castoria won't be a necessity as you can borrow from a friend paired with Waver/Tamamo/Bride or Paracelsus with your DPS equipped with a starting charge CE but having Castoria will significantly boost overall damage output of all Arts servants besides the looping strategies. For me got Her at NP2 and maxed level and skills the. it will be Castoria to roll for again

I always thought that Van Gogh was the best DPS Foreigner, but then again she is a Buffer that's can go DPS. Yang has an Added Benefit of having versitale support in Arts and while Abby does provide good Support and her NP can always hit 99% of the time, her NP Gain is still one of the worst in the game. Even more so since Zerks gives 20% less

Hey i'm new to fgo (playing for almost one week) and I got her today... I used the "max your first character" thingy on her... does that mean I max her out already?? She doesn't seem to do the same damage as the ones I see on RUclips... How do i fix this?
the video is from the jp server which already had her rankup quest. shes also lvl90 and has her stats boosted with fous by at least 1000 on top of using a ce that we might not yet have on the na server and in a double casturia team. shes also np level 2 which boosts her base damage further. so if you want to do as much damage with her as in the video thats thats the setup youll need. youll also have to wait for her rankup quest to come out in november and for casturia to be released.
@@andrewaigalew shes a decent choice for any boss fight because she receaves neutral damage from most enemies and hits like a truck thanks to her high atk stat. she also tanks st np´s and debuffs enemies with her skills. saying shes got minimal value is a dumb statement.

Honestly surprised the Honey Lake CE from Summer 5 wasn't mentioned. 35-40% damage up against burned enemies seems right up Yang's alley.

670 SQs and 120 tickets ready for her, hopefully i can get her early so i can save the rest for Abby, Van Gogh and Voyager. 2022 really is Foreigner year.

When she came out on JP I got her with 60SQ, but I think I'll wait her return on Imaginary Scramble event as she'll get her skill upgrade, so this way I can try getting my NP2 Shishou and later get more copies of MHXX if possible while getting Yang being a win win condition when the foreigner card shows up
I want yang so bad. The fact that she's decent is just a cherry on top, she's too adorable for me to miss. One of my most wanted targets so please fate let me end the year/start the new year right 🙏
She's the reason I'm not going in so hard for Astolfo. New Years seemed to be my best time of the year if we ignore Hokusai and Muramasa.
Don't sleep on Hokusai if you can get her she's clutched for me more than a few times

Voice talents alone make her top tier. Pretty entertaining kit honestly. The concept of loading up on burns by any means possible to ramp up her damage seems pretty fun.

Yay! I was waiting for this servant review. Yang Guifei is definitely someone worth rolling for. Also, one of my goals for 2022, at least in terms of fgo, is to get one new Foreigner out of the four that will be getting in the future.
Seriously, my Abigail and MHXX could use the extra hand with battling the Berserker enemies. So I really hope that I would be able to get at least one new Foreigner this coming here, and if Miss fire Kitty blesses my Chaldea with her presents, then I would be overjoyed.
(Fun fact the reason I call her Fire Cat or Flame Kitty is because of both her fire aesthetic and the fact that when I first saw her in gameplay, her head piece gave me the impression that she had cat ears. From there, I decided to combine the two elements in order to form a cute nickname for her, and so her nickname was born.)
Anyway, thank you guys for making this video and helping me map out all the command codes I would need to give her in the future. Also, I really am glad you guys kept in the bloopers of messing up her Noble Phantasm name. It was so funny and relatable. Haha, 😂.

Not gonna lie, though. "Chinese consort" Servant wasn't really on my list of Wanted before I watched this video. But your analysis opened my eyes to how very fun her gameplay would be, especially if I were to stack her with Burn effect Command Codes.
Still, I think I'm gonna wait until *"Imaginary Scramble's"* Pre-Campaign Banner in November next year. Don't get me wrong, I _DO_ really want to get her now, but I gotta save up as many Quartz for the upcoming Banners this year. Already planning to save up for Kama in case I fail the GSSR Banner, and then there's Dioscuri and _(most importantly)_ Caenis. So yeah, sorry lady. You're gonna have to sit on the bench. :\

hao hao there, *hao* are you doing, watching your videos after a long time, i just got her in only 5 tickets, i'm ready for the future fights where she would come in handy plus she's my first foreigner (finally the fucking curse is lifted)
Yang sounds interesting. Sounds like Nero Bride would be a good semi-support for her: can give healing & def, boost NP gain, and her NP inflicts burn. Berzerker Jeanne Alter may be a choice if you just need to put some fast burns on enemies to maximize NP damage. I don't have enough SQ hoarded to make a serious attempt to roll for her though; I spent most of it failing to get Space Ishtar.
Don't have much to roll for her but I believe in Gudako luck supremacy to have her!

DAT NP BGM THO! That's what made me decide to roll for her.
Yang is the first servant that got me to think about using command codes, before her I just completely ignored them but now I'm looking to collect as many as I can for her. I already have Brilliant goatee, the next would be Djinn's Lamp and True Crimson but they are both far off in the future next year.
EDIT: I also want to mention the Honey Lake CE, not only does it deal 35-40% more damage to burned enemies, it also grants permanent Invul Pierce which is perfect during CQs. On top of all that it's also full atk stats.
The first servant that got me into Command codes was Karna, mostly for ore juciy buster crit damage. :D
Next pones were Dantè and Okita who sadly kinda are in a clinch on who gets which CC. Enkidu got pretty much everything defensive to keep him up and about as long as possible so far. (And help him with his lackluster np charge)
The Yang CE that has her burn dmg mod and Coffin of fall CC that removes Debuff immune would be good for her
Waited all year for this video and this servant. NP2 is the goal.

That CE is also very strong on her
Yang Guifei is one of the servants I'll try to NP5 though will be happy to have her at NP2 at least.

@@zexiz1107 That's good enough and will be more consistent when Yang Guifei gets her S1 buff later this year. As most Arts servants really don't need higher NP levels to use and Waver or Tamamo will be available get from the SSR tickets this April and 5th Anniversary, Castoria won't be a necessity as you can borrow from a friend paired with Waver/Tamamo/Bride or Paracelsus with your DPS equipped with a starting charge CE but having Castoria will significantly boost overall damage output of all Arts servants besides the looping strategies.
For me got Her at NP2 and maxed level and skills the. it will be Castoria to roll for again

until she comes out I have saved around 400 SQ and I hope to get her. If it goes well I snipe for np 2
I don't want to skip her, but my quartz is depleted after shooting out 300 for Orion and not even getting him. (I got 2 of the ninja girl and that's it, saddest pull ever)

I always thought that Van Gogh was the best DPS Foreigner, but then again she is a Buffer that's can go DPS. Yang has an Added Benefit of having versitale support in Arts and while Abby does provide good Support and her NP can always hit 99% of the time, her NP Gain is still one of the worst in the game. Even more so since Zerks gives 20% less

Hey i'm new to fgo (playing for almost one week) and I got her today... I used the "max your first character" thingy on her... does that mean I max her out already?? She doesn't seem to do the same damage as the ones I see on RUclips... How do i fix this?
the video is from the jp server which already had her rankup quest.
shes also lvl90 and has her stats boosted with fous by at least 1000 on top of using a ce that we might not yet have on the na server and in a double casturia team.
shes also np level 2 which boosts her base damage further.
so if you want to do as much damage with her as in the video thats thats the setup youll need.
youll also have to wait for her rankup quest to come out in november and for casturia to be released.
She is a must ,she is one of the few servants than can match up against Cernunnos.

shes a decent choice for any boss fight because she receaves neutral damage from most enemies and hits like a truck thanks to her high atk stat.
she also tanks st np´s and debuffs enemies with her skills.
saying shes got minimal value is a dumb statement.
