@@YouthPotential absolutely! It is a scary thought. It's a danger to free speech, first of all. But it also stops us helping each other. Sometimes sharing stories means that we have to share something unpleasant, but we may be offering advice or just trying to express ourselves for the benefit of empathising with others! @@YouthPotential hell yes! I'll sign it. I think I'm gonna draft a letter to my mp and local councillor too. This cannot go through. I cannot see my gp. I rely on free online communities as a lifeline right now, and I'm sure others do too.
The online harms bill worries me. It seems to suggest that internet service providers will be able to remove/block undesirable websites 😱
