14:30 RX, back to CrossFit recently. Hard part for me was managing heart rate, so I did the burpees with a worm/step-up and side hop, staying low. Happy to have beaten my wife, who has a way better engine. Have fun, goes quick.

The outside foot first will allow that foot to be established to push you over the dumbbell. If you step inside first there's a bit more change of weight distribution needed on the jump. At least for me planning on doing the one-foot takeoff for the most part

You guys just changed my entire perception on the burpees with that explanation. Legit always burn myself out on them but that’s an amazing strategy.
