*Niko Bellic is one of the best developed (GTA) characters, inspired by the fictional character of Sasha Ivanic (from the movie "Behind the enemy lines") and it also looks that He was created to some extent to resemble Boško Radonjić also known as "The Yugo" , a real life Serbian immigrant criminal that was operating in New York in the '70s ,* *He's arrival by the boat in LC kinda reminds of the arrival of Antonio Montana in the movie SCARFACE.* *One more fun fact, Grand Theft Auto Vice City stories plot is also more adult , tragic , showing that the life of a criminal can have damaging consequences*
On xbox series X the last mission is literally broken because when you are climbing into the helicopter the button imputs absolutely refuse to work correctly. I read there is a reason for this having to do with the upgraded console but i dont remember the details. The last Mission was impossible to finish because of this though and i had to just cut my playthrough short basically 5 minutes before the ending...
Same thing happened to me. I was able to get lucky by rapidly mashing A on my controller and also the spacebar on my keyboard. I couldn't believe it actually worked, but I'm glad that it did. Rockstar and PC ports, what a duo.
That's what I'm saying, if anything it being grey adds to the games atmosphere. I think most of the complaints are from people who played 5 first and expected 4 to be basically the same.
*I've found another fun fact , it turns out that there was a Restaurant , night club and ...Cabaret in Brooklyn's Brighton Beach Ave...which was owned by a Russian Mobster, 'twas known as the Odessa*
When I was a kid I thought Niko’s character model was going to be better than everyone else’s just something my kid mind would of thought things were going to be like
The online mode of GTA 4 indeed was better for a variety of reasons. The game was pure light hearted fun. You never felt like the game was telling you HOW to play it like in GTA 5 online. Hell when you loaded up a free mode , the description of rhe free node game mode literally says "liberty city is your playground". It was just you, your friends and a ehole map to mess around with and role play to your hearts content. Also you lost all your weapons when you died and had to go around scavenging then all over again so you actually had to have skill. You couldn't just win by pulling out a credit card so gun Battles with randoms online felt way more intense because their were acting consequences involved if you lost.
I enjoyed the online in gta 4 so much more than gta 5 it was simple but so fun just to drive around with friends and I made so many friends on that game I miss it gta 5 just went way too out there and far fetched for me
My favorite memory of this game was modding different cars into the game, along with installing a gas mode to add some more realism. Also it is kind of nostalgic for me because i played it on 360 and PC when it was new. Playing the game at 800x600 and 20ish fps, bringing back memories.
There’s a reason I will replay GTA 4, TLAD and TBOGT every year. It really is a masterpiece
Gta4 is the best GTA. Peak of gaming time period. May we hold in our hearts forever.
SA was peak. But GTA4 is still good

A game with an amazing depth of the story and unsurpassed elaboration of details 🗽
I actually love the driving in this game. I didn’t like how arcadey they made the driving feel in GTA 5

great analysis of the story's themes!
Amazing video! This was on the front page om my YT
It's too grey and dull? Do people want their gangster games to be colourful??

Roman has an active life invader account in GTA V meaning Kate’s death is canon
Been waiting for this review before I have it a go. Hope it’s as good as you say!
8:04 the OST was so much better before they butchered it in 2018
Great vid man!
My favorite version is on the XBox 360.
I want a PS5 port but I’m worried Rockstar will screw it up like they did with the trilogy remastered.

A lot of your problems on the game were because you had higher frame rate than the game was intended for (30fps), great vid tho

With GTA4 the story was great. With GTA5 i felt nothing.
