This kind of power could allow for a more minor check up, in comparaison to the physical visits... Plus, I am sure there is not a single AU Ink cannot go inside of. Pocket/private dimension, like the Omega Timeline, the Anti-void, the weird space that belong to Fatal_Error, this kind of stuff, it may be arguable he cannot go, unless given permission, but it makes no sense for the Protector of AUs, to not be able to enter an AU)
