I try to study English every single day because it is really common language in the world and I want to travel some countries.I want to meet with other people who are from other cultures.Language is really important to be understandable.It is so matter to tell yourself and have an conversation.I started to learn Ottoman Turkish too because I have this lecture in the university and I am curious about my past and old languages.

But I've reached a higher level in english because I started attending a course! So I consider myself as "2.5 bilingual", I'm still on my journey to be a polyglot.
Currently, I'm learning English at an Academy and Korean by myself. Spanish is my primary language, and I've found very helpful study Korean in English. Just like you Vero I'm passionate about languages, but sometimes it's difficult to dedicate to both languages the time I'd like to, but I think there's enough time for things we love!!

Creating an English environment around myself is exactly what I do as a strategy to master the language, especially because I don't live in an English speaking society. I wish. By the way, it's the first time I come across your channel, and I really enjoyed your video. You have such a great pronunciation. I'm an English undergraduate and some of the things you do on a regular basis, I try to do them as well.
İt feels weird when ı think that you can't speak my language and ı also can't speak Russian but ı am still able to understand what you are saying thanks to English . İt is something unique for me.
Right now I'm learning English, Italian and French, my main focus is English, because I do not plan to move to Italy or French, and I don't need these languages that much in my everyday life, so mastering my English is more importante, but I want to improve my level in French and Italian as well, I used to study with a method that I found out once on RUclips, in this method you choose a period of time that you'll study and spend 80% of the time studying one language and 20% studying the other one, and at the end of the period you chose (it can be ten days... fifteen days, one month, as long as you want) you invert it, and it helped me a lot! Things got tough when I added French, though. So I'll try to improve my skills in English to an advanced level and try also to improve my Italian and French.

I'm learning Dutch through English and English is not my native language. Since both languages are Germanic and my English is between B2-C1, I don't mix them up. I keep reinforcing my English while I'm learning Dutch. It is useful only when the language you're using to learn the new language is at level B2 or higher.

What's your opinion about studying the third language through the second one?
I'm learning Dutch through English and English is not my native language. Since both languages are Germanic and my English is between B2-C1, I don't mix them up. Obviously having a native level English helps but generally speaking you can use word length and suffixes and prefixes to identify congnates
Tion age able ious these word endings often indicate french cognates
