    The main part of what was found wrong was that shareholders can give the club 0% loans and it's not scrutinized or factored into PSR because it's 0%. The issue is loans should be paid back but there are ways around this and there is no other circumstance where you would get multi million pounds loans interest free. Our "Gulf Owned " clubs won't do this as they can attract sponsorship deals from outside related or not.

    • @daniel4224
      @daniel4224 3 дня назад

      true, but I reckon the affect of paying interest on shareholder loans would be minimal. they could argue that a loan of 2% or lower is fair value for the risk involved re non-repayment. it wouldn't be a PSR breaking point for clubs like Arsenal.

    Mad, totally mad the proposed rules. Guardiola will go mad because he often uses the entire half time to drill into his players new tactics when City are not doing well in the first half. This takes time and there should be no distractions. I am surprised that this new rule does not only apply to the "Gulf" teams. 115 aside, City have dodged to some extent the worst bits of the APT rules but newcastle have been screwed. Unfortunately, the PL panel found that there was no discrimination against Gulf clubs

    It's one of the following, yes? It's clearly for the fans, in different countries, and the fans in this country. But its not like the coaches and players will have much to say at them moments in a match anyways
    I'm sure a player coming off who only will only park their ass on a seat anyway, what actually makes a difference? They're off and have nothing to do.
    The dressing room is ridiculous, but I assume there will be no active mics. Don't they do this is the League Cup and the FA Cup already?
    Half time interview, send the fitness coach, 😂. An injured player, it doesn't have to be our EH, or JT, or a first player or benched player.
    I dont think any of these will be any hassle (the dressing room one is odd, but that's already in play these days. people will twist , it's 2024, people will twist on 21. But to add to this, the Prime documentary, it was the same (not live, obviously and cut down) cameras in the changing room, players doing more interviews, all that bla bla bla. Clubs are happy to do them documentaries for the money. In my view, the clubs opened the door for this. You can't have your own pint and drink your mates too.
