we must change our stereotype voting system in society as an educated and politically aware citizen. we must cast our votes to the person who has solid visions, thought and attitudes towards the localities rather than self esteem and self improvement. KTM should look like bhaktapur, and not like Singapore, Japan or other European countries. Balen has the clear vision about developing Kathmandu as Bhaktapur. In today's scenario, Balen is not a name by himself but rather a Brand, brand of development and eventually it's management in very scientific way.
