We came in tonight and you walked us through how to play this! We were absolutely obsessed and bought this game as soon as we finished. So much fun! Also, we work in the video industry and the production value of this channel is top notch. We’ll definitely be back to the bar and this channel for more recommendations!
Thank you for this EXCELLENT video! I haven't opened my box yet, so the timing is perfect. I noticed that your "Buy" link above doesn't work with two of my browsers and thought you'd like to make sure it works for people who want to make a purchase.
Great video but.... 06:40-06:52 Why then the first and the fifth flowers are scored if they only count while directly being conected to the same color?
This is a common confusion with this game. To avoid any more, here is the exact rules text: "Scoring: 1 • Remove from the game all tiles that are not connected to the pipe network starting at your Source 2 • Earn 1 victory point (VP) for each tile in a group of at least 3 adjacent tiles of the same color 3 • Each Flower is worth 1 PV. Important: Flowers on Plants and Vegetables are only scored if that tile is connected via a pipe to a tile of the same color." So Essentially Pipe connections only matter for two things: making sure your tiles done fall off at the end, and scoring plants/flowers. I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any more questions.
@calebgallevo773 is right! All flowers will score unless they are on a plant or vegetable. If so, they must be connected DIRECTLY to a machine of the same color in order to score. Sorry about that and the super late response, I'm sure I could have covered that better in the video.
Sorry for my bad english. But the rules at the end of the game really bring me down. Why does the red plant give a point?? It doesnt Connect to another Red tile...and the one yellow tile doesnt connect direct to the other yellow tiles because there are two green tiles between the next yellow one !!! Can somebody please explain that to me?!
You score 1 VP for each flower that is connected to your machine, doesnt have to be connected to same color. BUT flowers on vegetable and plant tiles are only scored if these are directly connected by pipe to a tile same color. (and of course connected to your machine 😁) Did this help 👀☺️
@@deanlowdon8381 time has gone a while with this questions, I just thought to answer, cause I got the game myself, and I was also looking and thinking this 😎👍 Great game! 😌👌
This is the best quality tutorial I have ever seen on youtube. Everything is perfect.
Wow, thanks so much!
Really means a lot. :)

Thanks for the heads up. The link should be fixed now!

Was wondering the same thing...
That rule only applies to the vegetable and flower tiles. Flowers on other tiles don't need to be watered from tiles with the same color.
In the video it's said the group of 3 greens count for points but wouldn't they have to be connected directly to each other by pipe to count?

. I am not sure I agree with the assumption that a tile counts even if it's not connected with the group of 3 same color tiles .
This game is very good! Glad I found it.
why do you get point for red flower? it is not conntected to red tile(s)!
Because it is not a plant or vegetable tile. Those only score when connected to the same color tile.

This confused me also. Please explain
Was about the ask the same question. I don’t understand why those two flowers score.

@@zeowby Thanks, we did actually figure it out whilst playing our first game the other day.

Unfortunately I saw a couple of inconsistencies with the source material.
Like what? Can you elaborate?
I just got this game its great!
It really is, isn't it? We were pleasantly surprised by this one.
