I saw from another video that the power of this radio in original unmodified mode is very poor. 4 watt output on AM and FM is allowed but it does only 2 wat and i believe on SSB is 12 watt allowed but also does only 2 watt from factory. When you modify or export it will the power go up ? Thanks again for making this video

I thought you had to jump pins 1 and 2 under the ptt button cover to do this. So, all I have to do is hold the ptt button while I power the radio on to access this menu?
there is a mod to up the power to 12 watts i believe but the only video i can find is all in german .....if anyone can find an english one or explain it etc could you put a link ...regards
What is the mod to do this I have jumped terminal 1 and 2 but the Ptt button is not doing what yours is on here is there other terminals that need to jump I see 4&5 lock it in one mode only am I being stupid regards kev

12W seems a bit too much considering it is supposed to be a CB radio rated to no more than 4-5W in most countries
