Now that the protagonist is fully aware of the issue, now he must find a way to solve the issue equally to other races.
I mean even if he does nothing eventually a war on the elves by every other race happen when they realize they have a male or are capable of breeding. Seeing as elves are typically long lived they could maybe keep it on the down low long enough for the species with shorter lifespans to die out or be greatly weakened but eventually someone is going to notice like dwarves or dragons, and whatever else exists there.
Does he? What if he comes to genuinely believe the elves are the superior master race destined to rule for 1000 years.

He only needs to create a few males to save this world. Once you have a few male offspring they can take over the key role. Any species that can survive another 100 years without issues would be better off just letting the elves make half elves then bargaining for a few.
These fun videos used to seem like clickbait. Now, it seems every new episode is a new opportunity to showcase some brilliant storytelling. Chiktatoon is great. Especially, the art style and the funny acting.

Yeah actually a surprisingly good premise and is something that takes general elf lore and uses it in a slightly dark tone. They live longer so they were one of the few races that could hold on without having many children and now that they have a way to repopulate they'll hoard it and let all the other races die out showing elf superiority in action.
You're being a little adulatory. There are tons of novels where all the men die off and it's not fetishized.
I love that the dude still has doubts and fears of rejection after his isekai is accepted and he's shoved into the world.

This is actually an interesting premise and is a fresh take on the overdone popular MC trope. Instead of this guy being the OP hero, he's the damsel-in-distress and the prize every race will want to attain.

This is almost the exact same premise as "Worlds End Harem" anime
This is not a new or fresh premise, there is already a manga with an almost identical premise called worlds end harem.
I wouldn't compare the stories of others with the common trope isekai anime of the overpowered MC, as it's a really low baseline. I believe it's not hard to do better storytelling than that.
The fact that so many people are looking at this story and finding it "orginial" in the comments worries me a little lol. I think this story idea was taken by the author from somewhere else, but he made it his own.

Honestly, I really like this storyline. I thought it was going to be massively perverted so I was weary, but I know Chiktatoon does amazing work. I trusted that feeling and got what could be one of the most interesting isekai storylines I've seen for a while! Especially with our protag actually having the gall to question his predicament in front of a conventionally attractive person. I want this protag to escape and find a way to save the world, maybe take the Elves down off their racist high horses in the process!

This is a potential plot for a Great harem anime going forward. Other races will unite and break into the castle to rescue him in order to preserve their lineage in the brink of extinction. Where the antagonists are the elves, but a few good ones aligning with the protagonist.

Plot-wise, I like this, but realistically, if word got out that the elves were habouring the only man on the planet, every (or at least most) species would ally and begin a world war.
Then again, I suppose a covert operation is safer since, if the elves wanted, they could have at least one male elf and kill the man. Since the other species only seem to be able to crossbreed with humans, they have nothing to lose once the first male elf is born, but the other species have everything to lose.
I don't know if this is happy or bad ending. Let's decide on questionable ending then

I feel like this would actually be a very interesting setup for an isekai, if framed correctly. A “monkey’s paw” version of the cliche harem isekai.
Go one better, a series about Cheat, the Isekai Approval Officer of the afterlife. Tired of the current trend of folks throwing themselves in front of trucks to gain their ideal isekai life (hence making her job waaay harder) she maliciously complies with the recently deceased's wishes and sends them to the worst version of their dream afterlife. especially if the deceased was a bad person. Each episode could deconstruct the tropes of isekai and be the modern equivalent of "be careful what you wish for".

Well, there is an ongoing manga that sorta has the same plot as this called Parallel Paradise. MC gets isekai'd into a world where all men are dead and women basically rule the world. A bunch of shenanigans happens and it is explained that any woman he touches is ready to mate with him right then and there because with the disappearance of men from their world, their bodies have adapted to sexually accept any man that interacts with them. Basically, they go into Heat. Besides all the porn that happens the actual plot is okay. The fight scenes are decent and figuring out slowly why the world is the way it is and the mystery surrounding their queen has been cool. If you're a down-bad degen like me then you'll probably enjoy this manga but if you're someone who doesn't like raunchy stories then it's probably not for you.

Also is his isekai world actually real? Well, not my thing, but I can keep reading. But if the MC is a piece of shit playing the good guy and everyone just follow along then I can't stand it. The author of this manga is the same as Elfen Lie if I remember correctly and I had the same exact problem with Elfen Lie. The female MC of Elfen Lie ripped apart the family of the male MC in front of him but for some reason he forgave her pretty quick.

This is how you make an interesting idea on an old concept.
Also props to the goddess. Either the guy isn't that great, but saves one race or he manages to rise to the occasion and save multiple species.
Alternately, she sends multiple human men to that world to breed with all of the different races and ensure there is some genetic diversity.
Unlike killing a demon lord that only requires one guy with a super power, repopulating a world with multiple races would take multiple males and the only real limit to the number of men the world would need would be the number of surviving women.
Though if this world has been without men for decades and the women risk getting too old to have children, the Goddess could start sending men there with de-aging potions or some other way to make the women young again.

Considering the circumstances, it is guaranteed he has no say on who he does it with or how frequently. If the elves have a system for artificial insemination, that may be the most optimal use of his limited resource. In which case, he'll never get real action. If not, one can easily expect him to have as much action as is physically possible... far beyond the point of enjoyment. If the elven nation has 10 million population... a microscopic nation compared to our understanding of nations... even if they were willing to wait a century for each to have a child, well... I'll let you do the math. And my understanding is that sexual acts do not have a 100% success rate. So, you must divide the population by the success rate.
You may say "well, he doesn't have to repopulate the planet alone. His children can help", and indeed. But if you're a woman approaching infertility and your genes and family line are about to be wiped out in the next 20 years, do you wait for the children of this man to grow up, or take him instead? Thus, the entire population of women within 20 years of infertility are very much in need of his... services.

Chikta should be the only one to make animations on the soil of Earth, they're always fun and interesting.
The setup is actually approaching the deconstruction of the isekai trope authors seem to have been seeking. Many authors are trying to do this by having the MC reincarnate into increasingly ridiculous things. But instead, in this animation they asked "who was the guy in life, really?"
I'm starting to see the issue - the isekai craze started with Mushoku Tensei - where a low conscientious guy is given a second chance. This was responded with a flurry of other isekais, but gradually you'll notice the before-reincarnation protagonists are getting more and more conscientious. Take "I've Been Killing Slimes For 300 Years And Maxed Out My Level" where the protagonist literally died from overwork or "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" where the protagonist lived to work and died protecting a coworker from a knife attack. And take the guy in this show. He's so conscientious he asks before sitting down in a chair.
What we're seeing out of the newer MCs is high-conscientious individuals, people who in our society were told to work hard and one day the rewards will come, who nevertheless end up with meaningless lives. So the fantasy becomes being moved to another world where hard work is rewarded.
Not much to deal with your point, but to give numbers (not an exhaustive nor detailed list) as an example, the amount of isekai (famous enough which can be biased) adapted to anime in 2004-2009 is 11, 2010-2014 is 16, 2015-2019 is 39, and since 2020 it's about 59.
I think the reason why we see more high-conscientious MC nowadays is just because there are simply WAAAAAAY more isekai animes, could be wrong tho (I'm not gathering data to prove that).
And so as good as Mushoku Tensei can be, 2021 is nowhere near the start of the isekai trend.
If there's any "early low-conscientious MC anime", I'd think of No Game No Life first, imo.
After which you also had Konosuba or Overlord, which are definitely popular and so most certainly the ones making isekai a trend.
