So this is process
1) 1st Step: Replace the Order ( Here we only get replacement option and NOT refund option).
2) Receive the New Replacement product & Return the Old One at same time
3) 3rd Step Now return the replacement order/product and now select the refund option.
This works 100% for return and refund.
So the replacement product actually has the option to refund or again replace?
Does this work for phones above 400$ ?
For replacement also you have click pics and explain them your reason. For my monitor this happened, It has heavy ips bleeding. second time return also i have to again click pics and talk to them. finally it is returned and i got my money back.

@@puneethkumar2107 yes got my refund … yes for the 1st time while you choose refund, the app will schedule an Amazon technician, let him visit and show him the issue, he will record a video of the issue and update the same in system, once it’s done you can opt replacement, however in my case the 2nd time also I received a defective product, then when I made an another replacement order via app, it automatically initiated the refund process wherein a guy from Amazon came & took the defective TCL 40” tv and after 5-7 working days the refund got credited to my account.
