There are many names for it but one thing for sure is this cut of beef won't disappoint and is way easier to cook than you think.
In this episode we smoke the mighty Beef Hammer in the Traeger Ironwood 885 using pecan wood pellets. Rubbed down with Bulldozer award winning SPOG and Midnight Black combo rubs the outcome is ......well you will have to check out the video!

Just about to wrap mine up now. Glad I stumbled across channel cause it’s at 150 and is starting to get pretty dark. Was going to wait till 165 but I think I would of killed the outside of it. Cheers mate
