The Call to Worship - Psalm 25:1-10, NKJV
L: To You, O LORD, I lift up my soul.
P: O my God, I trust in You; Let me not be ashamed; Let not my enemies triumph over me.
L: Indeed, let no one who waits on You be ashamed; Let those be ashamed who deal treacherously without cause.
P: Show me Your ways, O LORD; Teach me Your paths.
L: Lead me in Your truth and teach me, For You are the God of my salvation; On You I wait all the day.
P: Remember, O LORD, Your tender mercies and Your lovingkindnesses, For they are from of old.
L: Do not remember the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions; According to Your mercy remember me, For Your goodness’ sake, O LORD.
P: Good and upright is the LORD; Therefore He teaches sinners in the way.
L: The humble He guides in justice, And the humble He teaches His way.
P: All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth, To such as keep His covenant and His testimonies.
The Prayer of Confession
Heavenly Father, we come to You in our sin. We have failed to see the signs that You have sent, or we have failed in misinterpreting them. Forgive us. Help us to stay alert to the signs that You send, and help us seek the truth through Your Holy Spirit. Help us to be prepared at all times for the return of Your Son in His glory. In His name, Amen.
Apostles Creed
I believe in God, the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and Earth:
