These 12 girls are some members of K-Team Rookies, a group of trainees who have a same dream to be artists. They have formed a cover dance team mainly cover Loona to attend some contests either under the name "Rookie Girls" or "K-Team Rookies". You can also search both names to see more recent stage performances of them.
For the performance in this video, they just won a championship (junior team) from one of the most famous cover dance stage in Thailand
