Do you have to tie them a certain way when creating the topiary in order to get that flower look, or does it just come together as you tie them together ?

I always make these balloon topiaries on the day of the event. You can blow up the balloons beforehand but I don’t twist them together until the day of.
Yeah there’s a major balloon shortage right now. I order from balloons online, toy world, balloons direct, and balloons n more. I would recommend checking to see if there is any local Qualatex distributors in your area.
