I'd say Panasonic is one of the best brands for a commercial air conditioner, you can try other brands too of course but Panasonic is what i've stuck with since my childhood. For efficiency i'd say get the inverter AC's but if u want to be based get the old ones, or get the 0.5 hp non inverter ones. Make sure to seal all cracks or holes whre warm air can get in. Also get blackout curtains and make sure the ac is installed properly with the right tilt and awning. Lastly I have no knowledge about air conditioners I just said some random shit to waste your time.
