When I create and launch a container using these settings, it doesn't launch and boots me back to the container list screen. Any advice would be great! TIA
imagine this was 2014. Easy 10 years ago. Anyone will laugh at your face if you say a mobile phone within 10 years will play AA games in with arm chip and not on wall plug but battery power
and people would laugh at you right now if you said that a phone would run current-gen AAA games, in 10 years someone would run it again and repeat the cycle. Always 10 years behind.
Great now... could you PLEASE tell me how to do this on the newest version of the app and without ANY other devices involved? I don't have a laptop, no computer, no keyboard. I can't even type on anything. So um. Please do this AGAIN with nothing other than a controller and a phone. NO LAPTOP.
Any possibility of getting the Sims running in winlator? Tried several times to no avail. Actually personally I haven't gotten any games to run on winlator
Try Mobox, it uses way less tinkering and I find it more user friendly than Winlator. Some games actually open. But it also depends of your CPU. Have better compatibility with my SD 855 than with my SD8 Gen 2.

I’m curious what if you run RPCS3 and Xenia through Winlator
Hay videos al respecto
I wonder too
It's took me 28gb to download skyrim, and when I try to install it on winlator it asked me 28gb more to install on winlator and at the end the game closed instantly when I tried to open it, is there a best setting to run it on mali gpu please?
Wine Is Not an Emulator
But in this case it kinda is seeing as we're talking x86-64 and ARM
@@BrandonWidows emulation is using software to interpret different hardware, no? The name Wine stands for Wine Is Not an Emulator.
Yea as @tobyknight said, wine is not an emulator, but it is emulating x86 on android in order to run wine.
How hot would a Samsung fold 4 get running this? I tried running yuzu on it and it overheated and shredded the battery.
Tampoco es para tanto tik tok consume más procesador que cualquier emulador que he probado
One day, someone's gonna try running Bluestacks on Winlator
and what would happen if we downloaded winlator and emulated bluestacks in bluestacks
Are gamepads / controllers easy to use now on Winlator, like plug and play? Because last time I checked X-inputs are still not working properly and controllers are just emulating PC/Keyboard inputs instead of actual gamepad inputs.
Dude this is amazing
It does support sd 8 gen 3, i have red magic 9 pro and it works, i tested fallout 4 on it too
How well did it go
I'm curious about running a demanding emulator within an emulator. Could you try running Xemu and some compatible xbox games and let us know how it goes?
@@pifre3051 well i didn't change anything and i just started the games but it's running between 25 and 35
@@SMASHINGblargharghar i did try the latest updated rpcs3 it worked i tired metal gear rising but it crashes alot and the fps is 7 to 3
You can use the Book Cover Keyboard and a mouse instead of a controller.
It really makes me think Android an variations are the future of Computer OS and then next 5 years will shift to a version of Android that will take over much of personal computers even for not only gaming.
I mean, do you know what Linux is?
@@tobyknight Yes, but Linux is not likey succeed in that kinka future.
I would suprise, how it runs og skyrim on winlator instead the special edition.
For mediatek devices
I tried playing the Skyrim Legendary Edition on my Redmi Note 8 Pro with Helio G90t. The game takes about 1-2 minutes to start with DLCs and 30sec without the DLCs.
And the launching time increases the more mods you install.
For me with Simple Outfit Manager and a custom Follower mod, it takes about 5 minutes to launch the game. 💀
And it crashes whenever I try to save the game.
@@blaze8308 the game runs or not
@@harimrlocal It runs for me but can't save the game. The game crashes as soon as I make a save file. I need the correct Winlator setting and files for it to not crash everytime the game makes a save file.
a online muiltiplayer game like cs would it play with wifi or data?
source engine (half life 2) and counter strike are directly ported to android. you don't actually need any amulators for android to play counter strike.
Amazing 👍🏻👍🏻 I wish you cud try other games too such as
Cricket 24
GTA 5
NBA 2k24
I wud love to see these games
good content 👍🏻👍🏻
Can you try Horizon emulator? Also there's Dark OS, and one of those can even run PS3 games.
Horizon es mi favorito para mí supera a los demás en sencillez y compatibilidad
What are the requirements for this app ? I have xiaomi redmi note 11s. Propably it's a midrange phone so some games are not going to run very well i think.
After installing and trying to launch the game. It takes about 30 seconds before finally opening but says "Failed to initialize renderer. Unknown error creating the renderer." Please help!
I cannot get it to pick up controller no matter what. Even reinstalled the game twice.
AMAZING!
How is Winlator on the Odin 2 mini ?
Hi,
Just got a Logitech G Cloud, just wanted to know if we can install Winlator on it to play games like you have shown?
If you could do a video on it would help setup properly..
TIA
Amazing, cant belive this :D
Best companion👌🏻
I have a Realme 9 Pro, is capable of doing something like this?
No
@@AlexDiaz-gw5ov What about realme c21y pls answer?
@@nabilelvaz1051 no, it is unisoc based. Only chips that work are MediaTek and Snapdragon. And you need at least a D1200 or a SD870.
I like more a real handheld gaming PCs and I can play my phone's games with Nintendo Switch, Xbox or PS4/PS5 controllers if i'm right? Sorry didin't reconized it it's the PlayStation Backbone because it looked a black on this video's thumbnail, but white PlayStation Backbone looks really awesome! 😮😊
That's the Backbone One Playstation edition.
Oh yewh it is, defienitily that white one, sorry didin't reconized that because it was a black colored on video's thumbnail. @@pudgegranddaddy
Weren't you going to show it running on the lower end device you had on frame the entire video? 😅
You could always try the original skyrim as that is much lighter than the special edition and so should run much better without all those enhanced textures and such.
So you have to have a working version of the games from GOG? I have Skyrim and Cyberpunk on GOG but not Fallout 4 - thats on Steam. Have you tried Steam for installing games on here? And how well does the SD 8 Gen 1 work? I don't know if I'm going to go with Gen 3 or one of the high end Dimensity chipsets cause those have been looking pretty interesting... Honestly I'm most inclined to just go with another Oneplus cause the 10 pro has been awesome and getting a 12 or 12R makes sense to me.
I've used Mobox and it requires barely no tinkering to play certain games
Try Mobox, it uses way less tinkering and I find it more user friendly than Winlator. Some games actually open. But it also depends of your CPU. Have better compatibility with my SD 855 than with my SD8 Gen 2.
Yeh and with my sd8gen3 it has absolutely terrible support. It's hit or miss but it's probably your best bet for a good experience
Could you try and get halo 2 project cartographer to work? I can give you the game files if you need them. Id really love to play that.
Do you know which version of Winlator is working best with 8gen3?
Alternative Winlator versions are not recommended to run unless you are connected to power and can and will make your smartphone throttle.
El 7 definitivamente es el mejor
does it HAVE to be games from GOG cuz of the DRM free situation?
cuz i've got TONS of games on steam...
My skyrim launcher and exe crashes immediately when I click on winlator, any idea why? I have replicated this video exact on a snapdragon 8 gen 3
can we install nmm or vortex tho ? i want to mod my skyrim on android
guys, be honest...
do you feel less excited for PC emulation on android sins the PC handheld boom ?
Obvio no, prefiero mil veces mi galaxy Tab s9 que una PC portátil
Nope
@@Buratinnaio what about steam deck? do you still prefer your samsung tab over deck?
