@Kawaii Potato He becomes a RUclips celebrity, of course he knew.. Well, I can't guarantee that as well.. That could also depends in which direction the celebrity is going in order to recognize him.. In case of Jack (Black), he went to the more meme-ish routes and into the gaming spectrum, so he knew the top gaming and meme channel.. Unlike Will Smith, he's more into the vlog/lifestyle based videos so I bet he didn't recognize Sean.. Even if he did, it's on the very low percentage..

It’s interesting that through the whole thing, Karen’s Scottish accent is slightly hidden by an Americanized one, but the moment Sean mentions self-doubt/worth, it becomes more prominent.

you see the point of these types of interviews is to cover as much ground as possible. I've conducted somewhere not a single question was a follow-up question. Although this is an extreme example because in most cases you do want at least a couple details not just a straight answer.
p.s. I'm a journalist student the people I'm question are local new anchors and first responders stuff like that nothing special like sean is doing.

I thinks its nice he just gives them a break from constant questions about the movie and how it was made, and instead just lets them talk and have fun while asking genuine questions about themselves and not the actual movie/characters they play:)

Actually, I’m majoring in media. Having an interview like a normal conversation is the key to a good interview. So Jack by a professional media definition is a great interviewer. :D

She is really talented to be able to change her accent in different ways I was totally surprised to hear her normal voice for the first time I was like wow this girl she is amazing!

I love jack black, a funny and down to earth guy. He acts, dresses and talks like any other person, you wouldn’t think ‘celebrity’ if you met him without knowing he is one.
I love that Karen started the interview with an american accent and the further the interview progressed the more she started to talk like her normal Scottish self.
I think most people with a thick accent usually try to tone it down when meeting strangers, and especially actors in interviews, but if you're talking to someone else with a clear accent, you're more likely to let your own accent run wild
I heard the accent going on and off but yeah it did get stronger towards the end.
