Our NDH 4 form has been rejected, preventing us from filing Form 20A. Consequently, we are considering a change in the company name and objectives, transitioning from a NIDHI company to a NORMAL company instead of opting for the strike-off of the NIDHI company. In light of these circumstances, we submitted the RUN form for the name change but encountered an error indicating that the filing for the commencement of business has not been submitted. How can we resolve this issue?
