There is a BETTER song that Luis sings with Mariachi called "La Fiesta del Mariachi." You should watch that one because it is so catchy. If you love "La Bikini", you will love even more "La Fiesta del Mariachi."
"Bikina" means "bikini girl". The song's about a girl (who wears a bikini) who walks the beach alone in sorrow and it makes her cry. She's a proud girl - doesn't let anyone see her pain. People say her love (partner) came and went. They say she spends the night crying over him. She goes on and pays no mind to their murmuring. It's a sad song but with great sing-a-long qualities. Nobody feels sad with this song - it's very upbeat...makes one feel happy regardless of the sad, longing lyrics. It's a great Mexican trait in its music! 👍
