@@whereruaaron I feel like they need to make it so that whoever the division leader is can set the tier so fail divs can’t happen, but that’s not likely to be implemented for a couple of years if at all.
Baltimore is the most all round cruiser in the game but I personaly prefer Albemarle more because of the torps, risk reward armor, shell balistics and heal but Baltimore is probably the best cruiser for most players.
