- This little one year old gorilla makes everybody smile again and again. The huge island of 2ha big, was until short a big travel for this little one to get to the other side to eat. But mommy is giving him the freedom en confidence to try! Very cute to see how mom is stil keeping an eye out ofc! And also, Kiango loves his daddy BaoBao. And BaoBao is doing good for a first time dad if you ask me.

The little monkeys aren't bullying. They're playing with the little gorilla. They're actually very welcome because he doesn't have any other playmates of his own age ;)

Haha ik heb je geïnspireerd voor de titel geloof ik. Dat is namelijk precies wat ik van Kiango vind. Het is zo grappig om hem te zien! Vooral als klein duimpje bij papa. Kiango ik zie je hopelijk snel!!
Gosh you can tell Tayari learned how to be a mom from Gyasi. They both have very similar styles (Tayari was a little rough around the edges but did pretty good for a young gorilla who didn’t ask to be pregnant). And you can tell because both Kiango & Jabali are very independent, confident & adventurous little gorillas. Makes me insane when people talk about Tayari like she’s a human and a bad mom. Lol. Jabali is healthy & strong. And I love that both the boys adore their fathers.
