Thank you for making these great videos. This is exactly what I am attempting to bring awareness to myself. I had a TBI at 6 months old, then a whole string of concussions in childhood and teens. Doctors need to ask better questions as well, I read a doctor state that 'children lack the sufficient cognitave skills to tell anyone of their concussions or symptoms. I am 44 now, struggled with all of these problems, and most probably have CTE. Please keep up this good work.

This needs to be more widely viewed; it's such an important and pervasive issue.

Do you do topics on developmental amnesia. I am now an adult, but have had lifelong memory and attention issues. I can not remember my life. I can remember facts only. I have very limited short term memory and working memory. I feel this is debilitating and has severly affected my life.

The best thing would be to talk to your doctor to see if neurological testing would be possible. Until that happens, try to track when you are feeling overwhelmed or fatigued. Then schedule some extra self-care or down time in your day. More information about self-care can be found here: www.brainline.org/treatment/basic-self-care. Thank you for commenting and good luck.

I was 5, went through I windshield and that’s exactly what happened the adults forgot. I struggled right from the start not to mention I had two more major blows to the back of my head. I’m scared the older I get the more I’ll fade away. How do I heal my brain?
