    your gender shouldnt matter, and its nothing short of sexist to promote women if theyre not the best for the job.

    The trend has been "getting woke and going broke." I don't suppose that it applies in big law although it remains to be seen if these "diversity promotions" will have any detrimental effect on the effectiveness of a law firm.

      "Go woke go broke" is a red pill line it's not reality. Diversity initiatives are profitable for firms and businesses - otherwise they wouldn't do it. Period.

      @@Vibez-o5kwhy lower the standards for people not qualified? Should never be done. It’s racist and discriminatory. Wouldn’t want a pilot that got a promotion because he was “diverse”.

    Ancestors have formed a Network of clients helping lawyers avoid inheritance crime and fighting. We take diversity and diversity seriously needing millennials to interdict inheritance crime. 188 million homeowners are exposed to estate plan forgers and no plan quit claim jumpers jeopardizing the X generations 100 trillion dollar nest egg.
